Very pleased with the quality of serviced and the customer care I received from Kihei Auto Detail. I called on a Thursday afternoon and was able to get a full detail both interior and exterior done the following day. I had the carpets and seats stem cleaned along with a full exterior detail. My truck is almost 15 years old and it's the best it's looked since I drive it off the lot. I also had the undercarriage sprayed as I fee this is important in Hawaii. The guys who detailed my truck were please t and very proud of the work they'd done on my truck. I'm always pleased when young professionals take pride in his or her work. I had a lot of trim that I thought couldn't be restored and the guys at Kihei Auto Detail proved me wrong. The entire progress took 4 hours. I took my 2017 Acura to Dylan for a interior clean and car wash. I have not had this done for a while, specifically since I bought the car. I've gone to a couple drive-through's to keep it clean but it needed some TLC. The boys did a wonderful job on the car and I am very happy with their work and I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to have their car detailed. These two boys are great job. I am stoked to right a review for Dylan and the guys at Kihei Auto Detail. I'm knit-pickey about things and will always find flaws especially with something like auto detailing. Perfection in anything in life is near impossible but rest assured that the young entrepreneur at Kihei Auto Detail puts in the grind to get as near to it as possible. Were there minor issues found after picking my car up, yes. A streak here or a missed bit of wax there but they were easily addressed and seeing as it is MY car, the responsibility is on me to keep it looking as close to perfect as possible. That being said I do the minimum amount of cleaning I can with a drive-thru wash and quick vacuum once a month. Kihei Auto Detail got my 8 year old vehicle back to as close to brand new as they humanly could. They were just finishing up when I arrived to pick it up and I watched as Dylan personally inspected the work thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. I have no doubt that this young man will continue to grow his business and improve on the level of perfection he offers his customers. They gave me a curtsey call when they fell a little behind and offered numerous times to drive me to work(only a mile away I walked) and also to drop my car off to me(a coworker drove me instead.) Lastly, they mistakenly placed my cheap windshield visor in the other car that had been at the shop at the same time and I didn't notice until the next morning. When I called Dylan got right back to me and insisted on buying me a new one to rectify the error which I declined because it was like 5 years old and cost me $10. Bottom line I got my money's worth and will return to Kihei Auto Detail in the future. read more
