They had used armor all everywhere, including the steering wheel and footpedals, leaving it goopy and slippery. I had asked her to take care of the water spots and the whole roof wasn't done at all. The rims came back, extremely dirty and the carpets were soaked. When I set my foot down, there was still soap coming out from the carpets. I had to leave my windows open to dry the car out but in the morning it smelt like a wet dog had been in my car, I'm afraid of mold growing in my car now! I do not recommend.
