Keith quoted me about 1/3 of what they were charging, and came on a Sunday morning! I was also glad to see that he had a career as a biologist and wasn't a mindless "kill everything" insecticide pusher. He showed me what he uses for carpenter ants while he was here (basically an otherwise harmless natural substance), and told me I could just buy it myself online rather than having him do it. I believe he serves the whole Lehigh Valley area also. (He traveled about 25 miles to get to me)

We decided to use this company for a home inspection we needed to complete to sell our house. Big…read moremistake! I asked them if I could be present during the inspection and for them to contact me when they were going over to my home that was being sold. They did neither. The "technician" showed up on his own time and said we had a beetle issue as well as termite damage. No contract and didn't give them the go ahead for any of this. So I called a more reputable company, Ehrlich Pest Control. They did their home inspection and found the beetle problem and No Termite damage. Hmmm! So i of course ask Ehrlich to take care of the beetle problem and they passed our house for inspection. I wrote a comment on here about how we had no contract, I asked to be present and how their front office people were very unprofessional. I was contacted by the management and they said it was probably a miscommunication and that if I take down the post, everything will go away. That is $200 for nothing and threats to be sent to collections. So I did my part and removed it. Today we get a call from the owner ad said we still have to pay and the bill is active. Way to honor your word. Stay away from this company. They make ideal threats and are very unprofessional. Having secretaries laughing at you when you call is not a good reflection on the owner. Bullying tactics!!!
