After yet another lovely call ...the manager Jason got back to me informing me 'it takes time to start working' (there are 2 separate units for upstairs and down...upstairs unit fine but struggling with the rising heat from below) Still not working. Call Friday at 5:05pm...office closed with hours Monday through Friday 8-5 with no emergency options....unless you're looking to buy services (website stated it closes at 8) they answer....I pretended. Sent a tech out Saturday who found another major coil defect and had to shut the system down completely (90+ degree weather of course) I requested a new unit since there were two major mechanical issues. Despite about $14,000 manager Jason denies request (after not wanting to speak with me) saying they just replace parts .... IN A BRAND NEW UNIT They hope the part will be available Monday I regret not calling Morris Jenkins...open 7 days a week , and on call. My old unit from the 90s had the house brilliantly cool. I was told if I had a problem, to just call and they would send someone out. I called the company and asked if they could send someone out, as I had a problem in my yard. (Action is 2.6 miles from my home) She asked me to send her pictures. I emailed her pictures. Her response was it was a lawn problem and I needed to contact a yard maintenance company. Well I found out it was grub worms. Action is supposed to take care of 20 feet from the house. Grub worms are scarab beetle larvae. To my knowledge beetles are bugs. The infestation is right outside both my front and back doors. I returned a email to her asking if they had anything to handle grub worms. I got no response. I don't know exactly how much contract is left with this company but they can have it!

My neighbor across the street has a different company through a Groupon ad. I noticed her yard being treated. The man loaded his sprayer, quickly circled her house and was gone in mere minutes. The Mosquito Pro treated our yard later the same day and was here for more than 30 minutes. After our first treatment, we still had some pests when on our driveway. I spoke to Tom and he said it was an issue since our neighbor on that side didn't treat their yard and had mosquito loving bushes.
