He communicated with us throughout the project of installing a new Timberteck deck. His crew worked straight on through from start to finish without empty lapses of time. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

Unlike the first two companies, he was at our home right at the time we scheduled (the other two showed up late). Rich was very friendly and knowledgeble about all the different aspects of our project. He asked a lot of questions and took detailed notes, measured, and took a few pictures. The othe contractors we met with emailed quotes to us and one never even got back to us. Rich set up an appointment to meet with us again (in 2 weeks). When he came back he had 2 different design plans for us to take a look at. We chose the design that he came up with rather than our original idea because it gave us all the room we needed and created a better flow to the house. The estimate was very detailed and everything was included (unlike the other people we had estimates from that didn't have half the information). We signed the contract and moved forward with our project and I couldn't be happier. Everything was done as promised on schedule. We had contractors that came on time everyday. Each step was done as we were told. Rich and the project manager were continually at the jobsite and checking in with us. I can't believe that it was finished in the time they said it would be done, since all of our friends were telling us that from their past experiences not to get our hopes up. Our addition and renovations were finished right on schedule and everything is just amazing!!! They even had a cleaning service come in to make sure everything was spotless. I get so many compliments now on my beautiful kitchen and family room. The finish carpentry work they did was flawless!!
