Kilwin's offer an assortment of flavors of ice creams, chocolates and fudges. After many years of self-control, I broke down and walked in a Kilwin's at the Gulf Coast Town Center for some ice cream. I ordered my favorite double scoops of pistachio on a cup and wife ordered a Cappuccino and chocolate chip on a cone. Let me tell you, both ice creams are made with creamy consistency and delicious texture. You can tell you care bite into the pistachio nut or chocolate chips. The Granny Smith apples that covered with chocolate, caramel and others sweets are so appealing. Meanwhile, the Turtle fudges are shining through the display case and caramel pop corns are daring you to pick them up! There are indoor and outdoor tables available to enjoy your treats. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a solid Kilwin's store right across from Game Times! Oh, well. Ice cream today, salad tomorrow! read more

I popped in as I was walking around the shopping plaza. When I walked in this sweets shop was well decorated and was full of goodies. I liked the look of their displays and their employee was super sweet. When I asked her questions regarding the flavors she told me her favorites and gave a lot of great recommendations. She also allowed me to try a few flavors as well so I could solidify my choice. I chose to go with a double scoop of their cookies and cream with the marshmallow s'more flavor and loved it! Super glad I took her advice with blending flavors! She also was kind and offered me a chocolate after I made my purchase. I wish I caught her name because she was awesome. Even when another customer came in and had concerns with their waffle cone she happily replaced it and gave them a fresh one! I love visiting Kilwin's for their delicious ice cream and fudge, and have visited many locations in a variety of cities. Unfortunately, my visit to the Fort Myers location in the Gulf Coast Center was disappointing. I will say the staff was very friendly when we walked in. We purchased three pieces of fudge. The maple walnut was great, but the turtle and the peanut butter were not clearly not fresh. When we got home and cut into them, they crumbled. They were very dry and not creamy. Truly unacceptable for the price you pay. Never again. read more

Staff fantastic! We had Kilwins 10 years ago in Vero Beach. It was, by far, the best ice cream we have ever had! I know u don't believe me and everyone says it. However, Kilwins really is! Super creamy, TASTY, you taste flavors. We had both times Butter Pecan. Pecans always taste raw, here they were finished, complement the ice cream, small & big chunks. Our compliments to the chef! Very clean store, staff was so helpful! We tried a Kilwins dark chocolate candy, was very good, just the right dark & sugar! (As a side note, the dark chocolates were packaged in Petoskey, Michigan. I went for the first time...The ice cream tastes super sweet to me, just a preference. And there was a line and a older couple actually tried to cut in front of us in line...Then when we nicely mentioned there was a line , they gave us the stink eye, cause when you haven't worked in 20 years decorum goes out the window. So I do not eat chocolate and unfortunately unlike a lot of other places around Kilwin's is very limited with ice creams that don't have chocolate. Most of their ice cream have chocolate and only a handful that do not. So for me I have gotten to the point where I rather not eat the same ice cream every time I come here since they do not rotate the ice cream. With that being said... My wife loves this place and so does her family so we still come here haha and they do enjoy most of the ice cream. read more

BEST ICE CREAM IN FORT MYERS!!! Butter Pecan in a waffle bowl... waffle bowl that's made on site. Oh man, how I love this place. I'm not sure words even describe. The fudge is on point as well!! I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but let me tell you, every time I step foot in this place, I have to sample some fudge. The service is also always very good. I grew up in an area that had many apple orchards and I would delight in their caramel apples till I gained 10 pounds and went into my winter hibernation. Well! From out of town here in Ft Myers in a week long baseball tourney for my son I wanted to bring him and my wife to get some ice cream. We yelped nearby places and discovered there are 3 places in a one minute radius of our hotel. We chose Kilwin's. It was delicious. My wife and I split a turtle sundae in this waffle bowl.
