Kim Bryant gives 100 percent when helping you find a home. She's not just trying to find anything, just to get you gone, either. She digs in and walks land with you. She willing to drive all over to show you the places she's found that fit your criteria. She doesn't just stand there talking at you. She tells you what there is to know, and then gets in there with you to check and make sure the buildings are safe and sound. She looks for things most homebuyers don't think to look for. She asks questions you might not ever think to ask. She is a blessing to military families, like us, that have the added difficulties of only one of us being present. She made it as painless and exciting as possible. Then, lastly, when you find your perfect place, she celebrates with you. You can see the actual joy it brings her to be the first to welcome you to your New Home. Yeah. Take my word for it.
