We looked at houses on Brandon's birthday and even on Christmas Eve. Brandon is careful to steer you away from pots buys and when you do find the right home will negotiate until it falls within your budget. The home he found for us (thank you Google maps for sending us to the wrong address) was not one we picked out as it was $50,000 over budget was so wonderful that it became the benchmark by which we judged all other homes. After looking at over 100 homes all across NE Georgia and nearly busting his transmission on a giant rock, he put in an offer on this amazing home that we could afford. And he got it!
