There was another photographer at my husband's house. They made me feel calm even in a little moment of crisis. It is rare to meet people who truly are passionate about what they do and take great pride in their work--her talent is top-notch! We booked a session with Cindy, and she showed up with props (kids toys that are very aesthetic, and bubbles) and was really patient with coaxing our shy toddler out of her shell. We love that she was not trying to force any smiles or poses (which is like our experience with some photo studios), but rather trying to capture genuine expressions of happiness and laughter from our little one. The photos are very real and authentic to the personality of my daughter, so this was a great investment, to be able to document her at this stage in her life. We have worked with other photographers in the past, and their turnaround is usually several weeks. Cindy was able to get our photos to us the very next day, which is very impressive. Additionally, we received over 60 edited, hi-resolution photos, which was well over our expectation for a one-hour photo session.

Truly one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I've ever had…read more I booked a spring photo shoot with my dog for Saturday morning and planned everything in advance -- grooming, hair, makeup, timing -- the whole thing. Sehee completely forgot about the shoot. I waited, called, and texted with no response, only for her to eventually call me back and casually say she had just woken up. When I asked what I should do, instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the situation, she asked to reschedule for the next day -- when it was supposed to rain, which is exactly why I carefully planned for today. At that point, I was already out time, money, and effort -- standing there fully ready with my freshly groomed dog -- for absolutely nothing. To make things worse, about an hour later she posted on Instagram that she was late to another photoshoot because she had partied too hard watching Coachella, but said it was "worth it." That is beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business. This was not just an inconvenience -- it was careless, unprofessional, and honestly insulting as a paying client. I expect a full refund immediately. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here if reliability and basic professionalism matter to you.
