If Yelp would let me give six stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly by the owner and another gentleman. On a hot Florida day, they immediately offered us cold bottles of water (which earned major bonus points!) and even got my daughter seated before her appointment. The salon was absolutely spotless--even the bathroom was immaculate, which, in my opinion, says a lot about how a business is run. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel rushed. My daughter brought in a photo of the nail design she wanted, and somehow they managed to make it look even better than the inspiration picture. The attention to detail was incredible, and her nails came out absolutely perfect. It's not often you leave thinking, "These are even better than what we asked for," but that's exactly what happened. The prices were more than fair, the quality of the work was exceptional, and the entire experience was one of the best we've had at any nail salon. It's rare to find a place that nails (pun absolutely intended) customer service, cleanliness, talent, and value all at once, but Kim's Nails does exactly that. 10/10 the only nail salon I go to in south FL. I drive from Miami just to come here every time. They do amazing pedicure and Barbie has been doing my acrylics for 3+ years. All of the staff are talented and they can do nice nail designs. They do eyebrow tint and lashes as well. read more

I've been coming here for so long and it saddens me to leave this review today. They have good prices which kept me coming back. Most of the technicians didn't apply the nails properly so your real nails would always lift but that's OK. I would just use superglue at home glue I'm sorry. I recently moved downtown Fort Lauderdale, but I continue to commute to Hollywood because I found amazing nail technician by the name of MiMi. If it wasn't for her, I would not have continued going here. She does the nails perfect. I tried to get a appointment with MiMi for my birthday dinner tomorrow night and the lady was super rude. Told me that there's no MiMi that works there and I have the wrong number after she already gave me a 5 PM appointment today started panicking, saying that I have the wrong number. No no no there's no MiMi here Then she hangs up on me. I call back the phone rings and goes to voicemail. Apparently, MiMi is no longer here. You get what you pay for the prices you see here are the prices. Your nail quality will be. So many people have complained as I sat in the chair with MiMi and MiMi knew great English so they had her calm down the customer a lot while I was in her chair. I will miss Mimi's nails but at least I do not have to traveling distance anymore. I do not trust the other technicians here. They did poor jobs last time. read more

Happy Mother's Day. This was my daughter's choice of activities for us to celebrate. I love a pedicure but don't treat myself often. My daughter tried to make appointments for us on Mother's Day but they told her they were fully booked. As we drove by, we noticed there were no cars out front so decided to try to walk in... bingo! They took me immediately and my daughter a few minutes later. There was minimal conversation but it certainly felt good. The manicurists were relatively quick and efficient... and the massage chair was perfect. The atmosphere was comfortable and felt fairly clean but not luxurious as I have seen elsewhere. It was near him it's near my house so I thought I'd try it, everything was cool I thought I was getting the girl but she gave me to a guy not very friendly not very friendly didn't really speak I told him what I want and he was totally confused I just wanted a clear nail polish with the squiggly line 2 different colors and I dot so I put blue instead of clear on my toes he was so frustrating I didn't know how to do anything he pulled out Mickey and Minnie stickers to put on I don't like so when I left I had purple on my fingers and he wouldn't change my toenail polish which was blue never again go back in there they don't know what the hell they're doing. They said they would but they had to charge me more because I didn't say something sooner. You would think a professional nail company would know how to clean up lines. i used to love this place.... i came every weekend before i had my son. literally every weekend. but they have new owners now. but 2 of the guys are men that were working there before... i got a new girl in these white crocs. barely a mediocre pedicure no exfoliating, no massage, barely a pumice stone scrub despite boxes of this "volcano" pedicure all around. she did not even allow my feet to soak before cutting my cuticles & did not push my cuticles back. & the price was raised $7. the service was not the same. so disappointed to return to a place i highly recommended after 2 months maternity rest. **i will not be returning*** read more

Staff is super friendly and my gel and pedi came out just they way I wanted! They also have added dip powder which I will try the next time. After moving from NYC almost four years ago, U can imagine how many nail places I've tried, disappointment after disappointments. I was recommended this low key nail spot in a ghetto area lol, I went and have never gone anywhere else! I am loyal to Kim! She is amazing! Meticulous, and gives the BEST feet/hand massages. Her husband, not so much. He falls very short in the mani/pedi area. Like to the point U want to walk out and scream your head off. Go to Kim and you'll never be disappointed. It's only them two so expect to wait or be turned away if there's a lot of people. She does wax, she's good if you just want to clean up the brows. Not so much for pro-shaping. Fyi they both don't speak fluent English just the necessities. So don't expect them to give you lengthy answers to all questions. Lol but nonetheless Kim is very sweet.
