I wasn't sure if my kids were going to be cooperative, but she was relaxed and put everyone at ease. Even before we scheduled our session, she was very prompt and responsive to emails and gave us many great options on locations and product options. We decided to do our pictures outdoors and she met us at Golden Gardens and was well prepared, having scoped out some great sites to shoot, and even brought some simple props. I was so impressed by how many great pictures came out. After the photos were proofed and put on her secure website, she came out to our house to show us samples of her product offerings, and gave us great suggestions on types of canvases, sizing, and where to hang our family pictures. Then, after they were ready, she brought them back to our house. We all enjoyed working with her, and we have had so many great compliments on our family pictures. We ended up contacting Lynnsey by chance and I completely believe we were destined to meet. SHE IS A SUPPORT SYSTEM - She made us feel so safe and comfortable. She made us laugh and we knew, without a doubt, that if everything else failed on our day, we would have Lynnsey by our side. Videographers are expensive, and I wasn't willing to pay for a dry or low-quality video. Travel fees for out-of-area videographers were not in the budget either. I gave up. Fast forward to my friend's wedding in Mexico, where Lynnsey captured the most fun, energetic, and touching moments. As soon as I saw my friend's video, I booked Lynnsey immediately! And she's worth every penny. Lynnsey is friendly, prompt, and very detail-oriented. I barely noticed she was filming our wedding day, but she didn't miss a beat. In surgery, Casey was able to photograph those first moments of my husband and I with our son, but also other shots that I had no idea would be so sweet like the doctor first pulling him out, his weight, and the time he was born.
