The location websites will need some updating I'm sure, so check their Facebook for hours. Looks like the grand opening tomorrow (5/3/25) will be 11AM-9PM Run, don't walk, to Railyard. (Or walk if you're close enough I guess). Soft open til 9PM tonight, 5/2, grand opening tomorrow. The tomato potatoes were my absolute favorite, but the pork belly was cooked sooo well!
