Tori never pushed us to make decisions and was so sweet and compassionate the entire time. We had quite an exhausting search, and I was emotionally on a roller coaster for several months. Every single time I was feeling really low, Tori had some sort of spidey-sense and would call me and make me feel so much better. Despite how relieved I was to have finally have one of our offers accepted, I would be lying if I said there was a big part of me that was not sad when it ended. So while I can say Tori was absolutely successful in equipping us with the tools we needed to secure our first home, I am more bummed I don't get to see her and chat on a regular basis anymore. Tori played such an instrumental role in our lives the last few months and we will be indebted to her for as long as we can remember. I truly cannot speak any more highly of Katie and her entire team. You are truly doing yourself a disservice by using anyone else to buy or sell your home. I worked with Caroline to sell my condo and purchase a townhome. I had to ask her several times to update the search criteria she used for us, and she never made that update. We wound up finding the townhome we eventually purchased on our own. And when we put in an offer, Caroline put all of her energy into advocating for the seller's interests. I really had to fight with her to get her to accept my offer and subsequent negotiations before she would pass them along to the seller's agent. As far as selling my condo, that was a complete disaster. I regretfully accepted a lowball cash offer that I received from a lottery jackpot winner. Caroline was so desperate for her commission that she offered to cut her commission as part of her way of cajoling me into accepting the offer. I spent too much money preparing the unit for market on her advice, and accepted too little in the sale. Joe Cassar may be a better agent, based on the other reviews that I'm reading of this Realty firm. But if you ever work with Caroline, you should be prepared to receive a lot of bad advice with a combative attitude.
