I scheduled an appoinment 6 months ago as they want you to do after your last visit. I show up for my appointment on time that day only to find out they gave it away to someone else because through text it wasn't confirmed properly . Then without my knowledge a $50 charge was applied to my bank statement that I just so happened to see. When asked why I was being charged they said you missed your appointment and that's policy. I explained I was there for my appointment and that day the billing woman said she would waive the charge due to miscommunication but that never happened and when I called back to verify because charge was never taken off my bank statement and said that they wouldn't refund.
