"Uplifted, Equipped, and Inspired - My Hopewell CPR Instructor Experience" Renewing my CPR…read moreinstructor certificate through Hopewell CPR Training Center was more than a class--it was a transformative journey rooted in community, confidence, and compassion. From day one, meeting their Office Manager / Faculty Skyla and Instructor and Faculty, Jasmine, the training embraced not only technical mastery, but also cultural sensitivity and inclusive teaching practices that reflect the real needs of diverse communities. The hands-on sessions were immersive and thoughtfully facilitated, creating a supportive space where I felt safe to make mistakes, learn from them, and grow. The Hopewell team, led by Skyla, modeled excellence--not just in their clinical knowledge, but in their ability to teach with empathy and real-world relevance. The monitoring phase with Jasmine and Emma was a standout experience. I received constructive, personalized feedback that pushed me to refine my instructional skills while reinforcing my strengths. I left feeling empowered, equipped, and genuinely excited to share lifesaving knowledge with my own community. Hopewell CPR Training Center doesn't just train instructors--they cultivate change-makers and support their students and instructors in a way other training centers are unable to do. When you're greeted at the reception area, as their Admin support Lupe, does, with sincere interest to assist and provide guidance, until the time you're done with the class, Hopewell CPR Training Center staff made me feel I can easily connect with them and ask them to assist me all the way, like we belong to one family. If you're looking to teach CPR with confidence, cultural awareness, and purpose, this is the program that will get you there.

I am thankful to have another option for keeping up cerifications and medical licenses. This Howe ave location is convienent and easily accessed. Thank You SEIU for putting my union dues to good use and paying for this informative refresher on Infection Prevention today. I was not thrilled to wake up on Saturday...but 9 am is definately manageable. Parking is plentiful and I was pleased to have a few shade spaces available! Be sure to inquire about the bathroom code for the keypad- your instructor will be happy to give you access! Get your education on at this new 'Project Heartbeat' location. There is also a Redwood City and Oakland classrooms. www.ProjectHeartbeat.com

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this business. They are negative the entire time,…read morethey treat you borderline abusive, and they are clearly not there to help or educate you. On the contrary, they try to demean you into quitting the class and profession all together. The military style instructor should find a new career or retire. It is clear he isn't happy and takes it out on everyone in the class. He has a big time power trip going on when he should be educating his students. Then when you do quit in order to find a real class that can teach you properly in a reasonable environment, they immediately send you to collections for the payment for the rest of the class without first even letting you know that you owe anything. Please save yourself a lot of misery and find somewhere else to take your EMS, EMT or other medical training. Project Heartbeat is a disgrace to the profession.
