Also, instead of a bulky textbook, they have a simplified what we need to know on a useful worksheet - I love this! Richard is an awesome instructor. He keeps the class entertaining and is very thorough in his explanations. For someone who would be new to Healthcare - take his class because he explains things very clearly so that you can easily absorb the learning material. His class runs a little over 3 hours. You will leave how to provide high-quality CPR, what do to offer you find someone unresponsive, and techniques to help someone choking. The idea is that you'll never have to use these skills however coming here this is not my first time here. The knowledge that I am provided has been one of the best in the different places I've been to. The instructors are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any in all questions you may have. This year, I didn't really need one for work however I wanted to make sure that I still kept it in place because it's so important to me. I get test nervousness however they are very well firsts in going over all of the questions ahead of time if you pay attention, you definitely will get your answers correct. The place is very well maintained. I've trained in the main office and also their other one that is on the same building all of their mannequins and stuff that they use are all cleaned each use in the building itself is very well kept.
