It sounded like her first day on the job, the basic questions I had she seemed like she was making things up as she went. Very unprofessional, she probably said "UMM" 50 times during the call, extremely loud, I had to turn my phone down to spare my ear drum. I was very turned off by this girl. Turns out they dont accept my insurance (per Cat or Kate?) And I wanted to discuss with my husband before i commited paying out of pocket so i didnt end up making the the appt. I just wish they had better customer service.

Yay! Finally, a gyno who is a real human. Is it weird that I think we would be friends if I wasn't…read moreher patient? I mean seriously we chat about the horrible clothing choices of Hollie Strano on the weather reports. We talk about trash TV and the fact that you love to hate the Kardashians and the Jersey Shore. But to the nitty gritty...she's nice and she listens to you. I like that she doesn't force one idea or procedure on you if you're not ready too. I think that Dr. Cipolletti would be a great first Dr. for a young woman. She's also great for those of us who've been at it a while. Yay Dr. C!

Save your time and Money and go to Metro, Southwest or Fairview…read more If I could give a zero, I certainly would. I was referred to this office by a friend. I have no idea how she put up with this office or Dr. Genny through 2 kids. I would have never even came to this office if my doctor for my 1st child at Metro didn't move out of state. We had nothing but problems from this office walking through the door for our pregnancy of our 2nd child and we knew how things were supposed to be done since it was not our first rodeo. First we went there for only 2 appointments before we went to Fairview like we should have from the beginning. First of all expect to get into your appointment at least an hour to an hour and a half after your time. minimum. The first appointment I got a PAP done and Genny McCaslin hurt me so bad removing the apparatus. I bled for 3 days. That has never happened. The office didn't call me about my results, I had to call them. We got our first ultrasound done and the doctor who did it barely said a word to us and printed 3 pictures (Fairview explained everything we were seeing, printed 12 pictures and 3 of them were 3D free of charge) The second appointment was the deal breaker. After sitting in the office for 45 minutes they called back a person by their first name, I got up to go but apparently there were more than one person by the name Jennifer. The nurse rudley told me "I'm not talking to you, it's the other Jennifer", as if I should have known this. It was extremely offensive. Once we get into the back and I want to address this issue and ask our own questions to Genny McCaslin we were totally blown off by her, having no compassion to anything we were talking about. She actually said to me "I've never had anyone complain about me", (first off i was complaining about the front desk and your really going to put yourself on a high horse like your better than a complaint). So I start crying. While crying she literally pushes me onto my back and says lets hear the babies heart beat, throws gel on my stomach and listens to it. I am crying to my husband that I feel forced and uncomfortable. I am crying telling her this is supposed to be a happy moment. She never gave me a chance to calm down to enjoy the experience at all. Now she goes over my paperwork (why she couldn't do that first so I could calm down and then do the heartbeat is beyond me). Now might I remind you I had no complications with my first born son, She offers us to get the Panorama done. DO NOT GET THIS JUST TO FIND OUT GENDER, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU. A panorama is to get done if there seems to be a problem with the baby, she asks me if i wanted to find out the gender sooner than later, and of course we wanted to, how exciting right? Not in any form. They take the blood at this facility far too early to find out (My new doctor hears this happen from this facility on a regular basis), charge you and scare the shit out of you thinking something is wrong with your baby. (They know this is a way to use something your insurance won't cover to bring in money to their facility, 75% of the time you medically do not need it done). We got a Maturnity21 done at Fairview at 13 weeks only because they needed to now confirm that our baby was ok with no genetic problem, insurance covers it and they are very friendly. Everything came back fine with our baby and the blood work was done at the proper time to determine this.
