His office is smaller than average, but it's organized and clean (I brought a book with me, since all offices don't currently carry magazines, (there's no way to sanitize them properly, due to this whole virus ruckus.) His staff is polite and thorough, plus his wife also works with him. I made an appointment roughly 3 weeks in advance, because he's busier than usual, again-due to panicking patients complaining about everything.

It sounded like her first day on the job, the basic questions I had she seemed like she was making things up as she went. Very unprofessional, she probably said "UMM" 50 times during the call, extremely loud, I had to turn my phone down to spare my ear drum. I was very turned off by this girl. Turns out they dont accept my insurance (per Cat or Kate?) And I wanted to discuss with my husband before i commited paying out of pocket so i didnt end up making the the appt.
