Building exterior, parking and streets are maintained, in good condition nd not in disrepair. Streets and parking allow for ample room if you are towing. Coin change machine and detergent/dryer sheet dispenser clean and working. All the machines are new and working. There is a stepstool to access the top of the large 6 load machines for adding soap, bleach, etc. Bathroom is large, clean, and maintained. limited seating and 4 clean folding tables with several carts for moving laundry.

The dog washing is a little spendy but they have so many different shampoos. They also have face wash for the dogs. The dog washing is in an inclosed space with windows. They also have treats for the dogs when done. The rest is a pretty standard laundromat. They do have change and it always comes out in quarters and next to that they have quarter cups. Staff has attitude and EVERYTHING is broken. every other machine is out of order and the ones that…read morearen't either have a note that says "card only " or "coin only" but don't let that fool you. The coin and card readers don't work on most of those either. If you're lucky to find one that will start, it won't have hot water or it won't spin or something else will be wrong. When you tell the staff they act like it's your fault or that you're mistaken. The change machines don't work, card or cash. Many of the dryers are broken too but for the few that work, not sure it matters if you can't wash. Seriously, hand washing everything would be a better option. I usually want to root for the small business owner but when there's this many things wrong and the staff is rude... nah. The good reviews must all be from friends/family. Don't waste your time here.
