Many of the dryers are broken too but for the few that work, not sure it matters if you can't wash. Seriously, hand washing everything would be a better option. I usually want to root for the small business owner but when there's this many things wrong and the staff is rude... nah. The good reviews must all be from friends/family. The place was filthy, all but one laundry cart had bolts missing some with wheels that didn't work. Several out of order driers and washing machines some with doors missing. Both the washing machines and dryers were the most expensive to operate that I have ever used. If you need to get yours clothes washed you are stuck using this filthy, scummy business. Don't drop your clothes on the floor you might have to wash them again. The City of Hailey should close them down. Hailey is an upscale tourist town and home to many celebrities. Now that Im back at my RV writing this I wish I had taking some pictures.
