I verbally told them this and showed them pictures as well on what i wanted. The entire appointment took 5 hours. I was quoted online around $200 and once it was all complete the bill was $400. I did complain about that and they brought it down to $260 ish. I included the inspo picture for the haircut i wanted and then what i left with. I had to keep asking her to cut off more and told her i wanted it right above my shoulders and it'd about 1-2 inches past, After i had been there so long and had been up charged i told them yeah its fine i like it and left. Not only did Camille do a fantastic job with my hair, she was very communicative throughout to ensure she got the haircut preferences I had down solid. She has a variety of interests and can talk with you about not so usual topics. When I came to her home/salon, she sat me down and we talked about what I was wanting. She really listened to what I had to say and executed based on my wants. One thing that I loved was every time she did something (such as put foils in my hair) she explained what she was doing and why. I've been to "fancy" Dallas salons, and honestly, my experience with Desiree was better than any experience I've had in a salon. Not to mention her prices are reasonable! I paid $100 for fresh balayge, whereas I was paying $200 at salons (not including tip). Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience and hair with Desiree and I will DEFINITELY be returning.
