She really listened to what I had to say and executed based on my wants. I've been to "fancy" Dallas salons, and honestly, my experience with Desiree was better than any experience I've had in a salon. Not to mention her prices are reasonable! When I asked her for a touchup the next day (not requesting a refund), she became very upset and blamed me for cutting my hair incorrectly, stating that I must have taken scissors to it to ruin it and that she would call law enforcement if I ever came near her business again (see screenshot). I had to find another salon to correct the unevenness and spent even more money than originally. This is very disappointing as Brenda did not emphasize customer care or correcting uneven work.
