After planning for over a year, this was an incredibly stressful and heartbreaking way to start what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. The problems started long before the wedding. For six months leading up to the event, I repeatedly tried to contact Stephanie and never once received a phone call back. On two separate occasions, employees assured me she would follow up, but she never did. When I finally saw the bouquet, it looked nothing like what I had requested and discussed well in advance. The flowers were wilted, unbloomed, and lacked the style and colors I specifically ordered. Rather than taking responsibility, the solution offered was simply to use different flowers or different colors--even though my preferences had been communicated nearly a year beforehand. I rarely leave negative reviews, but brides deserve to know what they are risking. The lack of communication, attention to detail, and care was unacceptable. Please think twice before trusting this florist with such an important day.

Ok I arrange to have someone at the house to accept the delivery. Didn't receive a phone call until the day of delivery late afternoon to be informed "they ran out of fruit and can't fulfill the order". Call them and they say they can send it Wednesday Thursday or Friday. 1) that's not Mother's Day and 2) we work so no one will be home to wait around all day for whenever they decide to deliver it. Also while on the phone with them they essentially said "well we got an influx of orders last night" ok why are orders placed last night being fulfilled before mine that you received 2 weeks ago? And their excuse "well we can't see when orders are placed! We just get a stack of orders with no order dates from corporate the night before" Well then how do you know that you got all these new orders last night? They said they'd issue me a refund. I called their customer service line the following day, not only was my refund not started by the store which luckily customer service was able to take care of, but I confirmed they have the same information the customer service lady was able to see which included order date. So why lie? Also offered no further remedy from their customer service line not that I want to give them my business, but why would anyone want to come back without better remedy. Poor customer service on both ends. Will never be taking my business here ever again. Wasted an entire day waiting around for nothing and Mother's Day plans ruined. Could have at least been informed earlier so I could have tried to arrange literally anything else. Completely ridiculous how this company "runs" and lies to their customers. Your one job is to sell fruit arrangements and you can't properly determine how much fruit you need for orders placed 2 weeks in advance? Ridiculous
