ZERO STARS! Do not get your wedding flowers here. Not only was my bridal bouquet completely different from what I ordered, but I had to find a replacement just TWO HOURS before my wedding. After planning for over a year, this was an incredibly stressful and heartbreaking way to start what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. The problems started long before the wedding. For six months leading up to the event, I repeatedly tried to contact Stephanie and never once received a phone call back. On two separate occasions, employees assured me she would follow up, but she never did. When I finally saw the bouquet, it looked nothing like what I had requested and discussed well in advance. The flowers were wilted, unbloomed, and lacked the style and colors I specifically ordered. Rather than taking responsibility, the solution offered was simply to use different flowers or different colors--even though my preferences had been communicated nearly a year beforehand. I rarely leave negative reviews, but brides deserve to know what they are risking. The lack of communication, attention to detail, and care was unacceptable. I am sad to write this review, but I have given the owner Stephine multiple times to return my calls. My boyfriend has been sending me flowers on average 1-2 monthly, spending over 125.00 every time. He has been very loyal for over a year and even tips 20% on top of the "$20.00 service/delivery fee". This last delivery was on a Sat, it arrived close to 8pm, we had to wait to go to dinner as we could not get a firm time on delivery. Once received it was unbelievable, these flowers were just thrown together, some broken, some wilted and looked nothing like the picture he had selected, almost all dead my Monday. We logged to his account to compare the pictures, and I noticed that on their portal it shows a loyalty program, but nothing was issued to him, it said zero. I had always asked him if they ever offered him a discount due to his loyalty, he said no. I called the next day to inform them how horrible this arrangement was. The man did offer to send a new arrangement the next day on Monday. I thanked him, I did ask about this loyalty program, and he said they didn't have one that he was aware of at that time I requested a call from the owner. I waited all day on Monday, and nothing was delivered, I called at the end of the day to find out what the issue was, they said they would delivered the next day. I explained I had a doctors appt and would be home after 1:30. She said they could be delivered between 2-3pm. On Tuesday 3pm came and went. I called at 4pm only to be told they were "out for delivery but had no time". I asked again for the owner to call me; she took my name and number again. It is now 2 days later and still no call. We always support small business as I am a native to Colo Spgs, it seems like they don't care about loyal customers. We will be looking for a new local florist since our business is not valued. I ordered flowers from their bouquet in person for my dad's funeral. The flowers were over $750 and we picked very specifically from their provided order book. Sadly the flowers were delayed and we had no communication from the florist. We called multiple times to check on the delivery of the flowers we ordered. 30 minutes after they were suppose to arrive we finally heard back that they were delayed and would be there. They finally got there and they were setting up flowers while all the guests were sitting in the church. The flowers looked about 50% full of what they showed in the brochure. A majority of the flowers died within 48 hours and were already wilting when we received them st the start of the funeral. We called and asked what they were able to do to help with the disaster of an experience they provided with the only funeral we would have for our dad. They offered no explanation and no discount/refund of any kind. Steer clear of this place. The new ownership isn't near the quality it was before. Run fast to another floral shop. Overall, the buying experience was great. It was easy to pick flowers, set up a delivery date and time, etc. There were plenty of options for me to look through for my wife's 50th birthday. Communication leading up to the delivery of flowers was great, and the flowers were delivered on time, and they were absolutely beautiful the day they arrived. Unfortunately, the left side of the bouquet started dying after just 48 hours. The yellow roses, the orange rose, and the alstroemeria all were drooped over and dying. When a portion of the bouquet is dead or dying, it taints the rest of the bouquet that I spent almost $200 for. It was just disappointing. We wanted to give local businesses our business for our wedding. I'm giving Stephanie 1 star because I did not get the bridal bouquet that I imagined for my wedding day. I specifically asked for a bouquet that would've included a cascade of greenery, and something that I thought would be light and airy. Mind you I gave her a picture of what I wanted. Instead I received a bundle of flowers. My heart sank when they were delivered and we didn't have time to make any changes. I received a mere $20 credit for the most important floral arrangement in our order. She certainly did not bring my vision to reality and there was a severe lack of personal attention to my order given I showed her exactly what I wanted. Any bride that envisions certain things for her wedding understands. I refused to let it ruin our day, but that isn't the point. I also gave her a picture of the arrangement for the cake, and I received a vase with a few flowers but again, not the greenery that was shown. It was a VERY simple design and even that was botched. I wish I had read the reviews on yelp prior to giving her my business since they more accurately reflect the experience we had. The reviews on google were much better. I had a micro wedding in Colorado Springs on 9.23.21. Since we had such a small floral order - 2 centerpieces, 1 large bridal bouquet, loose stems for photography, loose stems for the wedding cake, 3 boutonnieres and 3 pinned corsages for the mother's - I had two people pick up our florals from Bloom Bar & Co the morning of the wedding. Unbeknownst to me until much later, Bloom Bar gave these individuals a different brides flowers. These flowers were then taken to my cake decorator to be placed on my wedding cake. Once I noticed the florals were wrong at 1 PM, I immediately picked up the phone to call Stephanie at Bloom Bar. She advised that she wasn't sure what was given to me and that she didn't know where my flowers were actually located. While she was able to scramble to give me something that resembled the theme I was going for, I'm still incredibly disappointed in what occurred. The driver who came out to deliver the correct florals only brought the two centerpieces and the bridal bouquet. We were not given corrected flowers for the cake and no loose stems for the photographer. At that point, the photographer was finished capturing the detail shots anyways and myself and the groom were leaving for our first look, so our photographer was also unable to capture any shots of my bouquet with the details. We also just had to keep some of the boutonnieres and corsages (which were wrist and not pinned ones as I requested) from the other order. Thankfully these were white, but they didn't match the original floral request. In addition, since they didn't bring any florals to correct the cake, I had yellow flowers on my cake for all photos when my theme was white, blush and burgundy. I also paid $225 for my bridal bouquet alone. I repeatedly explained that since I wasn't doing a lot of floral I wanted to ensure that my bouquet was large and extravagant. Stephanie explained that the cost would be $225 to do that - which I was fine with. However, what I received was quite underwhelming in size compared to the inspiration photo I provided and our prior conversation. After the event, I never received any follow up or apology from Stephanie or her team at Bloom Bar & Co. I have reached out to her on 09.28.21 and have yet to receive a response. read more

Between then and today, I called them 11 times, sent 2 emails, and left 1 voicemail. They finally picked up on Monday at 2:03pm and said that their delivery guy called in sick on Sunday and that's why the flowers didn't get delivered. And I said nope, my flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday NOT Sunday. At that point, she retracted and said that it must've been because it was crazy busy this weekend. Yeah, no shit. There have been so many embarrassing moments with other businesses where recipients get an arrangement vastly different from the photos and definitely lacking in quality for the price. I'm glad I found this place and I think it will become my go-to flower service. The fact that they sent me a snap of the actual flowers before they delivered blew my mind. I called last week, spoke with a very nice lady. She understood my requirements for a Mother's Day arrangement. I was very specific and she even read them back to me.... No roses, no babies breath and not a typical vase, be creative. I ensured she understood the delivery instructions in which she said she put on the ticket. When you get to my house, there's a gate. Call or text me and I'll come up and receive them. Once again, she read the instructions back to me. The deliver was set for Friday.... Friday afternoon I called and left you a voicemail, asking where my flowers were and when to expect delivery. You NEVER called me back. My son was outside doing some work in the yard on Saturday when my neighbor, whom I'm not familiar with came home and proceeded to tell him she had my flower delivery.... She informed my son that the deliver driver didn't know how to access my gate. Looks like there's something wrong in your process.... You failed to follow simple instructions and didn't deliver my flowers on time. Moreover, you didn't ensure I received them.... I wish I could say i was done here, however, I'm not. You also didn't follow the other instructions which were clearly laid out and were recited back to me.... No roses. No babies breath and not a typical vase.... Omg. Flowers bloomed like crazy. Nicest bouquet I have gotten and the staff was just awesome

1/10 do not recommend. I placed my order for an xl cascading bouquet with wildflowers and lots of greenery. While placing my order, we pulled pompass grass and specifically grabbed a neutral twine for wrapping. I ordered my bouquet, a bridesmaid bouquet for my daughter, and a boutonnière. My mother went to pick up the flowers Saturday. The day of my elopement. At 1pm as instructed. The flowers were not ready and she was asked to return between 2pm and 3pm (when they close for the weekend. She did as instructed and we went straight to garden of the gods for our elopement. I'm assuming they gave me some other bride's flowers because what I received was wrapped in peach ribbon with pearl beads. Included minimal greenery. And mostly roses. (The furthest from what I ordered.) not to mention there was no cascading. None. My bouquet was the same size as my 5 year old daughter's bouquet. My husband's boutonnière had ribbon and a rosebud. I called on Monday as they were closed for the weekend and I was in wedding shit's creek without a paddle. There was nothing I could do that day. I spoke on the phone Monday with a gal who identified herself as the general manager. She was to make 2 phone calls and call me back. It is now Thursday. 5 days after picking up my flowers. 3 full days after speaking to the GM. No contact. I called again this morning just before 11am. I spoke w/ Stephanie who said she would get In contact with the GM (who I guess had to put her pet down this morning. Condolences.) and also the owner. One of whom she assured would call me TODAY. I have called 4 additional times and left messages as well as sent an email the day of the event. It's now 4:20pm and they close at 5. My phone has yet to ring. My daughter decided to have a short-notice wedding/elopement in Colorado Springs. I asked the photographer for a recommended florist and she suggested Bloom Bar. I called and they were very friendly. I described what we were hoping for, a small bouquet with roses, lilies, and some fragrant filler. I specifically said colorful with pastels. When we arrived to pick the bouquet up (on the way to pick up the cake and go to the venue, so pressed for time) we were presented with a bouquet that was mostly green and yellow. We were told the flowers would open once they were out of refrigeration and it would become more colorful. It was a pretty bouquet, but nothing like what I described or expected based on pictures on their website and the persons assurance that we were on the same page. I asked my daughter to come in and look at it because I knew she wouldn't be happy with it. She looked at me with wide eyes and asked if we could fix it. This is why I give them four stars. The person quickly agreed to make a new bouquet. It took her 15-20 minutes and we left with something much closer to what we had envisioned. Gaps in the bouquet were accompanied by dead and dying flowers that I first removed and then was able to make something of the flowers that remained. Being as the flowers were a gift to me I missed the detail of how the delivery details were relayed to my husband. It was verbally over the phone not by email. I had not checked back on Yelp to see Jen's reply and later emailed asking if they guaranteed the condition of their flowers. The communication seemed to go well and I was impressed by the customer service attitude of the communication. I did receive an apology and replacement arrangement. However the replacement arrangement was not the same as the original order. There were fewer flowers that were over stuffed in a smaller vase. I was able to transfer the new arrangement into the original vase.
