They do a wonderful job and have great communication throughout the ordering process (online or over the phone). My niece and her family have loved every single arrangement we've sent.... they've made 2 little girls very happy on their first day of Kindergarten too! Pricing is average. The amazing people at Bloomtastic truly went above and beyond for my Anniversary. Our Anniversary falls right after Mother's Day so it is often difficult to find a quality selection for flowers. That was not the case with Bloomtastic - there were lots of options to choose from. They created a beautiful same day arrangement and delivered it to my wife's work. Unfortunately I did not realize that the office closed early and the gentleman that opened up the locked door and received the flowers (I received a picture as confirmation) did not follow through and give the flowers to my wife. After learning my wife did not get the flowers, they reached out let me know they were creating a second arrangement and delivering them to my home at no additional charge. This was completely unexpected and absolutely amazing, you just don't find customer service like this. Oh - and both arrangements were gorgeous. I highly recommend them!!!!! read more

I order a flower arrangement for a family member, she was extremely happy with the flowers and it was a very nice surprise for her. We already had ordered some flowers from another shop and they called us Sunday morning (mother's day) to apologize and tell us that they were not able to fulfill the service. So I called several different companies for 2 hours on mother's day and nobody seems to be able to deliver flowers for the next day at a specific time of the day. They made and delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement to a family member battling an illness. The arrangement was the exact representation I had in mind to give her the love, encouragement and support we all want her to feel during this journey. She absolutely loved the arrangement and I could not be more happy with the entire process from start to finish. A lovely handwritten card expressing my sentiments was also included. I was in a bind because the company I ordered my mother-in-law's flowers through never sent a message, so when I called them they said oh we can't get them out "today"... really it is now 4pm in Colorado Springs and I am in California. What do I do now! I called several other flower shops and not one of them could help. I called Bloomtastic at 4:20 pm 9/9/2021 and they did more than help. I received flowers for Mother's Day. However it is the SADDEST, MOST UGLIEST bouquet I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. My 3 year old nephew has picked me a prettier bouquet!!!!! Half of the flowers were dead, they were limp, and every flower was a completely different size. The weeds in my front yard look better than the bouquet I received. I have never been so disappointed in a flower shop. They were a gift and for the price of these flowers I could've went to Walmart and bought four much prettier bouquets. I absolutely do not recommend this flower shop to anyone. Very disappointed and that is an understatement. Also the guy who delivered it told me "someone was thinking of you" and then laughed. He seemed to know the bouquet he was handing me was horrible at least that was the impression I got. read more
