I usually go for regular polish, paint, and glitter, LOL! However, I've found that 80% of the time, the reviews and prices are either false, misleading or even generated by AI. Many of these salons are disrespectful and unprofessional, assuming I will return to complain or demand a refund the next day, especially for just regular polish. It's frustrating! This has never been an issue; I haven't once discussed or felt the need to discuss anything like that with Linda! I haven't seen her in almost four years and have visited about 50 technicians since then, all because I need immediate service and no longer live in the area. Despite that, I've only written maybe eight reviews in my entire life, and Linda is, without a doubt, the best nail and eyelash artist I've ever encountered. I had already felt this manicure was way overpriced at $45 for a basic color with no design whatsoever, and now realizing the quality of this service it's definitely not worth $45. The staff was friendly and acknowledged customers quickly, but due to the poor quality, I would never go back here.

My nails ended up looking decent but it is unacceptable to cut your clients skin so bad they are bleeding on multiple fingers! I paid $50 for a gel manicure. No acrylics or anything fancy. No designs or gems. All the other nail salons that I have been to are $35-40 for this service. It is even more disappointing that I paid the most money for the worst experience.

The place is clean, relaxing, and has an impressive selection of colors. The massage chairs were so comfortable I was literally drifting off to sleep. The prices were also cheaper than other salons I've visited for the exact same services, and it wasn't overcrowded. Walking in, I was ready to give this place 5 stars. Then the service happened. I arrived at 12:30 PM and didn't leave until 4:30 PM. FOUR HOURS. For a pedicure, nail removal, full-set of new Gel-X nails (no designs and nothing fancy). I understand Gel-X removal can take some time, but my pedicure alone should not have taken over 2.5 hours. The first technician was fine until it came time to paint my toenails. The polish application was honestly terrible. My toes looked like little stubs. Of course I spoke up, and thankfully I requested Pin, who had excellent Yelp reviews. She ended up fixing the work and did a much better job. There were also some organizational issues. I wanted my eyebrows waxed, but apparently someone forgot to plug in the wax machine, so the wax was still cold and hardened. How does that happen? Another thing: if you're going to keep clients for four hours, please offer something. Water, snacks, crackers--anything! I was absolutely hangry by the end of my appointment. The only reason I was finally offered water was because I was coughing from a cold, and that was toward the very end of my service. Overall, the salon itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the actual service experience didn't match the aesthetic. If you decide to visit, I'd strongly recommend booking with Pin or the owner. They seem to be the ones ensuring the work is done correctly. Would I come back? Maybe. The potential is definitely there, but they need to tighten up the service side of things.

Typically, coming here to get my acrylics taken off results in lots of soaking in acetone and drilling to get the acrylic and fake nail off of my real nail. This time, I was put with who I believe was named Mimi. She did not drill my nails at all, nor did she soak them. Instead, she brought out clippers and clipped the ends of the fake nails off. She proceeded to clip a corner of the acrylic in order to show my real nail. At this point, she brought out what looked like a large fake nail and proceeded to dig the nail into the space between my nail and the acrylic product. This was easily the most painful process I've ever received to remove acrylic. With every nail, it felt like she was ripping my own nailbed off of my finger, and Mimi (I assume) did not care. At one point she laughed, and she didn't speak a word to me throughout the whole process, not even a hello. Ultimately, I found this encounter and service completely unsatisfactory, considering I left with pain in my nails and a rude encounter with my nail salon lady.
