Between regular six month cleaning wanted to do some extra polishing and probing as I was experiencing a minor annoyance. upon further examination twenty plus minutes, the likely problem is a tastebud, as nothing looks wrong with my teeth. I went to pay for my treatment and the staff told me there was no charge! I have always liked the beautiful facility and professional staff and of course Doctor Rinehart, but I think he truly cares about his patient and today his actions were proof of this, I normally don't make reviews (good or bad) , but felt moved to do so today. State of the art equipment at every turn. I never felt rushed, I felt listened to, and that I was a partner in my treatment plan vs being told what I needed or should do. I never heard from the dentist. I found a new dentist and did not mention anything from this office and my new dentist said my teeth are perfect with no issues.
