Kimchi Mart is a staple grocery store known by the Asian community. As one of the bigger markets down here in South Florida, you'll be amazed to find anything you'll need. This location in Coral Springs is clean and well organized. Shelves are always fully stocked and fruits and vegetables are always nicely packed and neatly displayed and amazingly fresh. There's a clean feel all around the store. One benefit I discovered was that after 7 pm daily, prepared foods are sold at 50% off for a great deal. From drinks to novelty snacks, from sauces to packaged noodles and spices, from fresh to frozen meats and treats, missing that ingredient for your dish, Kimchi Mart will have it. I also find that the prices are reasonably cheaper and fair compared to other grocery stores. Anything and everything Asian can be found here. The produce is mostly fresh. They carry Oba leaves (nutritionally dense and celebrated in traditional medicine) which are an excellent source of beta-carotene, folic acid, calcium, iron, and various antioxidants, and also traditionally believed to aid in digestion. I recently visited kimchi Mart on university Drive for the first time, and I was extremely impressed. The store is clean, well organized, and stocked with a vast variety of spices, snack, drinks, fresh produce, Ramen, and so much more.it's a great one stop shop for Asian groceries. The highlight for me was their store made sushi. They offer a wide selection including shrimp, crab, tuna, hand rolls, and the classic rolls. The array of fresh seafood was a pleasant surprise also. In addition to ready to go, eat options, they also carry sushi, green tuna, and salmon. I picked up a small piece of salmon along with a few rolls for dinner that night, and everything was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The salmon was buttery, smooth, and high-quality. If you like Asian food, especially Korean, this is the place to shop. I lived a year in Seoul when I was in the Army and they sell the real stuff. Great homemade kimchi selection. While we don't have an H Mart local to home, Kimchi Mart is a fairly good substitute, offering an impressive assortment of foodstuffs, sauces, and snacks. The produce section leaves a little to be desired, and there was nothing there that you couldn't find at Publix, but the rest of the store made up for it. First time to this new Coral Springs Kimchi Mart location. I was in the area and naturally had to check it out. Duh. The Pembroke Pines location is my usual go to location. I've also frequented the Hollywood location but excited to check this new one out the Coral Springs location has been here for a year now. Let me just start by saying this is probably the biggest Kimchi Mart to date, and also the cleanest and most organized! I love how clean this Asian market is and it makes my OCD so happy. I spent too much time and money browsing around and grabbing random snacks, frozen foods, fresh foods, noodles, packaged items, and whatever else that looks good. It's so bad. Lol. The Coral Springs location has a lot of new and unique items compared to the other stores. They are fully stocked on everything and they offer beautifully packaged fresh foods in the back and the front of the store. The prices are fair and I would totally come back here again. The young lady that helped me at the checkout was super nice and personable and although I asked for her name, I honestly forgot to write it down. I just remember we were chatting it up and she was very sweet. If I remember her name, I will come back and edit my review. If you haven't been to Kimchi Mart before, definitely check them out because they have a wide variety of options to select from and you might be wild by their organization too. Always have to stop by when I'm in Coral Springs. Great selection of Dim Sum and Dumplings. So many choices. Beautiful fresh produce section too. They carry some unusual vegetables. I can always find Kohlrabi here. The store is big and you can find everything from soy sauce to pots, pans and kitchen gadgets with pricing from high to low. It's clean and easy to navigate. Went in this weekend to pick up ingredients for an at home hibachi and hot pot night. They had a great variety of Asian foods, fresh produce, fresh seafood, and a huge selection of snacks, ramen, and Asian liquors. In the back, they offer prepared foods, including ready to eat lunch options. They also had fresh kimchi, including cucumber kimchi, which was delicious! Was in the mood for my ultimate favorite comfort food Korean! The Kimchi Mart is located in N. University Drive in Coral Springs. This Mart is by far the best one I've been. It is really clean, organized,well stocked and it smells so clean. Great variety of all my favorites from Ramen, sea food, beer (yes beer) and delicious korean treats. I opted this time for bulgogi beef with mushrooms $11.99 and Ttoek-bokki for $3.99 a bag. Can't beat that price. This store is very well maintained and looks very organized. It's more appealing than similar companies. We find interesting items that general supermarkets don't have. One thing that I do t understands that the prices of the different items above the cooler/freezer are never clear. This is where we find interesting items that are not on the regular shelves. We often have to ask what the price is. Other times, it seems clear, but an item rings up at a higher price. Staff dismisses that without honoring the price on the card. This place was cool. We'd had dinner nearby and decided to walk off our meal and check out this new to us market. The store is huge, brightly lit, and spotlessly clean. There are refrigerated cases, frozen foods, aisles of canned and boxed items, and fresh food, cooked and raw, too. Although they specialize in Korean food , there's a large section of sushi and Japanese items. And some other Asian fusion selections as well. As non Asians/non Koreans, some of the items were unfamiliar and even "exotic" to us. Although some of the packaging was in another language, most items had English captions on the shelf labels. There were so many things that it was overwhelming a bit. I'm sure they'd have everything you'd need to prepare an authentic meal from produce to fresh seafood. And their prepared kimchi offerings and others would save time for those with less culinary skills or time. So glad we stopped by to see what they have here. I wound up buying some pork buns for my freezer (and a meal soon). But if we were not so full from dinner, I'm sure we would have bought a few more appealing items to try. read more

Upon checking out saw the milk crisps in banana, original, and cheese, definitely need to go back to pick up those things too! My daughter was happy to see they sold the organic natto she likes since the pines location didn't have it the last time she was there. Service was kind. Store was also cleaned and not overly busy. Parking is a bit small, but there are plenty of spaces. Only thing is is that there is no huge sign so be on the lookout for it! read more

This is the place to go for Asian things. It is a HUGE market, complete with a meat area, seafood area, dry goods, produce, and frozen items. They also have a small area where you can get ready to eat items they make in store. The prices are reasonable and the store was very clean. Big big big selections of teas, snacks, and sauces. The prices are a smidge high for what it's, but I assume they have to import a majority of items so it makes sense. The staff I encountered were all nice enough. The cashier was fast and friendly. This is a great Asian grocery store. As their name has suggested, they seem to be specialized in kimchi. I personally don't like kimchi so that's not what I came for. Overall I was able to find many goods I needed. For examples, milkfish cans, Korean corn tea, etc. For veggie I got long choy. The one I got looked fresh and pretty. They seem to have more selections of dry goods such as noodles and sauces, and limited selections of produce (fruits and veggies). They have ready to eat food too. I wanted to get sushi rolls and bento boxes because those looked good, but they were not stored in the fridge. They were placed in room temperature. I don't know how long they had been there and if they were still safe to consume. I was disappointed that they don't have dairy items like milk and soymilk. Usually Asian grocery stores would have those. I'd still revisit this store but not until when I need certain Asian goods. read more

I think this is the one of the largest, if not largest, Asian markets in Broward (and perhaps Tri Co area). It recently opened up. Theres is decent parking available in the front and behind Kimchi Mart. The store is very clean and well lit. There's a large variety of spices, sauces, noodles, treats, and ramen as well as a sizable frozen and fresh seafood department. There's a place to get boba tea, as well as a section in the back with fresh Korean delicacies (kimchi, tofu, meats). The produce appeared fresh. The prices are reasonable, too. So many choices! When you walk in, it is a bit overwhelming because they have so many good products for sale. They practically have everything you need for your kitchen. They even have a full aisle dedicated to soy sauce! Dumplings, fresh meat, fresh and frozen fish, groceries, candies, cookies, beers, sakes... so much to love about this place. Kimchi Mart is a small chain of Asian and Korean grocery stores in Miami and Broward There are four locations including this beautiful new one in Coral Springs across the street from another beloved market, Trader Joe's. It is in the space formerly occupied by ABC Fine Wine & Spirits and Fortunoff Backyard Store. They are slated to be opening a store in West Palm Beach shortly. According to their website they are "South Florida's Asian Food Market with the cheapest prices. We carry food from different Asian countries and organic vegetables too! All under One Place." Inside the store Kimchi Mart has spacious aisles with bright and appealing displays of beauty and self care products, produce, frozen foods, meat, drinks, snacks, and pantry staples. Their is an entire aisle dedicated to seaweed in various forms. While I was shopping they were stocking tanks with live lobsters. They also have a really nice prepared meal grab and go section They even sell cookware, kitchen utensils, and dishes. Not to mention the fresh juice and boba counter at the entrance to the store. They have really thought of everything. My favorite section of any Asian food store is the snacks and they have multiple flavors of Pocky, Hello Kitty candy, my beloved milk plum candy, and other kinds of cookies and crackers. They only had one bag of Hi-Chews and I was hoping for more flavors. An area they had a lot of flavors in was the Ramune, a Japanese soda with a glass marble you have to pop before drinking. They had Ramune I had never seen before in Blue Hawaii, coconut, melon, and something called lychee sangria. They also had BTS cold brew. I love that they have self checkout. Just remember to bring a quarter for a cart but Aldi's has already trained me. The grand opening is on March 29th at 9 AM. This market is such a great addition to the Coral Springs neighborhood. I had no idea Kimchi Mart just arrived here in Coral Springs! It's a phenomenal Asian foods grocery store! It's huge inside and includes a ton of fresh produce, premade foods, and also a boba counter. I got some premade kimbap that was out of this world. Been waiting so long for another Asian market to open up in Coral Springs and finally we have Kimchi Mart opened up! Came here for the soft opening weekend and they were already well stocked with all kinds of products. Everything is neat, clean, organized. There's a ton of fresh produce ranging from traditional Asian vegetables to the usual onions, potatoes, etc. Everything is packed in small portions. Prices are reasonable. There are tons of sauces, frozen foods, meats raw and marinated, rows and rows of snacks and ramen, kitchen supplies, skincare and beauty supplies and eventually after the grand opening on March 29, there will be live fish and a butcher shop. There's pre-made dishes and banchan too. The prices for the fresh jarred kimchi is more expensive than Oriental Mart on University. The staff is friendly and plenty of check out aisles. read more

Kimchi Mart is located right down the street from my boyfriend's apartment and after passing a bunch of times we decided to stop in to grab some items to have our own at home sushi night. We grabbed rice, seaweed, fresh tuna & salmon. All the goodies to make our own sushi. We also grabbed everything to make ourselves a cucumber crab salad (as we were influenced by TikTok lol.) Some things were a little pricier than others but overall we had a great experience shopping there and we've already been back to for more. Great Korean market that offers variety of Asian grocery products. The location has items from different asian cuisines not limited to just Korean, which was nice to have. They have fresh vegetables, meat, and cooked food. Although the cooked food section focuses on banchan but they have this special now for kimbap for $4.99 each. I hope in the near future they offer more meal items. One thing I really enjoyed there was the boba and juice bar near the entrance. I got a vitamin drink made from freshly squeezed vegetables and fruits for less than $7. It was really tasty and fresh. So if you are shopping there definitely get yourself one! This is our favorite store for Asian food and provisions in Broward. Do come with a list because you will want to buy everything in this clean and spacious mart. Our recent trip included fresh (carrots, mushrooms, purple sweet potatoes, tofu) as well as frozen (chicken buns, Korean vegetable pancakes). There are lots of snacks (wasabi peas) and soups (spicy ramen) plus any sauces you might need (Korean hot sauce, mirin, soy sauce). There is a big fresh fish department where my wife bought sushi-grade salmon. And lastly, for dessert, I found a pumpkin custard that was so good. We can't wait to go back and stock up on some of our favorite foods again! read more
