I've been twice now, with the hours usually from 11am-6pm. I highly recommend arriving early, as lines can get long about an hour after opening. There is always a great mix of food vendors, including some grilled savory bites, lots of Ube centric desserts and booths serving fresh Ube drinks like bubble teas, juices and ice cream floats. Usually, there are also jewelry and art vendors included as well.
