AND the crown I ordered was the wrong color despite it being said specifically in the receipt. They lacked the accountability to admit they were wrong and order a new one, and didn't using the excuse of " it won't get here in time" but when I looked it would take less than 2 weeks to ship. But they were too lazy to do it until it was too late. DO NOT SHOP HERE Oh and they cancelled our appointment 4 times the month before the wedding and rather then try to schedule it the next day they offer it in a week, then cancel again, then offer me MY WEDDING DAY. First, the store is dirty! Out-of-style dresses piled up all over the place, unorganized, and they don't even have dressing rooms. To get my dress altered I had to get dressed in the middle of the store. I was told it would be done in one week (just needed straps altered and cups added). Week one went by. I started calling the store daily and no one would answer, I drove to the store and it was closed. I finally got ahold of Udene and she went out of town and didn't think to tell me. She got back, dress was still not done. I visited the store at least 4-5 times over a 3 week period and each time, she was still not done. Finally, 4 days before my wedding I went in and she said "Hold on, I'm not done...give me 5 minutes and I'll go add the cups". She put 3 stitches on each cup and didn't even put them inside the material. I was so frustrated that I just took the dress and tried it on at home later. I was not going to risk not having my dress for my wedding. Well, when I tried it on at home, the cups were the wrong size and whatever she did made the dress uneven and bunched up on the sides and front. And she charged me $85! I had to take it to another Alterations Store that confirmed that she used the wrong cups, didn't place them in the dress correctly, and the straps were attached incorrectly. A total alterations disaster. The whole time, Udene had an attitude of not even caring....she was more concerned with telling me that her husband had to have eye surgery and making excuses for not getting it done. She should have told me when I brought it in that she didn't have the time or expertise to do the alterations. Don't go there!!

A friend suggested having them altered, so after a search on Yelp I find D'Gala Boutigue, who specializes in dress rentals for quinceaneras. Not exactly a guy place, but they do rent and sell tuxedos as well. I had the pants shortened and hemmed. Being happy with her work and reasonable price I returned with four more pair of pants to have them properly altered. This business is open seven days a week and they are open twelve hours a day I believe. The sweet little lady that served me seemed to always be there, so I asked her if she was there all the time and she said yes. Talk about being dedicated to your customers and your business. Need I say more?

He is truly a great individual, extremely professional and his creativity speaks for itself. We also decided to use him as our day of coordinator and also to help decorate the reception venue, order our favors, props for the beach ceremony, etc. Thanks to Steven's help and creativity our wedding turned out absolutely awesome! The floral arrangements were stunning to the point that it pained me to toss my bouquet. I ended up taking my bouquet home and received numerous compliments at the airport. During our conversations with Steven we expressed our interest in having a travel themed wedding and gave him a few ideas of what we were thinking about. Steven kept some of his decor ideas as a surprise and when we walked into the reception venue we were amazed. Our friends and family have been raving about the decorations in the reception venue and all of the floral arrangements up to this point. A week before the wedding we came across a quote that we had seen once before. We then floated the idea out to Steven if he could use it during our farewell brunch. He was able to creatively tie the quote into our wedding theme perfectly on such short notice. Steven has more than exceeded our expectations. He helped to orchestrate a wedding that has created memories that will last a lifetime for us. Steven helped to make our wedding planning process fairly stress free with an amazing outcome. She told…read moreme that she could not get me in that week but that she could the following week (giving me three weeks to get the dress turned around) and that my date that I needed the dress was not gonna be a problem. I scheduled the appointment and went in for the alterations, had it all pinned up and was given the day before to pick up with the timeframe of 12-1pm. At 11:22 day of pick I was called and told that she had not even started my dress yet. Since then she used another person as a point of communication and has yet to return my calls or call me regarding my dress, including the charge that she tacked on to someone else's bill and credit card. She had the audacity to charge me full price for the dress as well as charge me a credit card fee for somebody else picking up the dress on that person's credit card. If my dress was done on time, it would have been paid for in cash and avoided so said fee as well. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that she still has yet to call me back to talk to me regarding this issue.
