The box was not delivered on the day specified. Instead it was delivered two days later, when it was too late for the Birthday greeting. During all that waiting time I was not able to track the order, and customer service was either unresponsive or not helpful if responded. Tried to cancel the order but got no response. Their web site is useless when it comes to order status info, refund request, or cancellation. You can only order and pay your money, and that's all you are allowed to do on their web site! Had to open a dispute with my credit card issuer. Never again I will be using this company!

When the basket arrived the week after Mother's Day, the items were hot and the chocolate products were all melted and the expensive champagne was warm (Vueve) . If your business model is selling edible items in a basket, then your delivery dates are vital as you could be mailing out food that is no longer edible.
