Great service and pricing. I highly recommend. I prefer doing business with a smaller shop.

This review is long (see below for the full experience) but here's a recap. Vehicle was heavily damaged in a hail storm on August 5, 2023. Nob Hill Bodyshop completed an in house estimate of the damage and added me to a waitlist where I was told there is a part shortage due to a strike that was going on at that time and it could be up to a few months. Time goes on and I called about every month for an update and was told in February all the parts had arrived and they would get me on the schedule soon after. Now we are in June and I continue to get the runaround story with them and ultimately found out they had not even ordered the parts yet even though they previously said they had. Due to my experiences, I went to a different local Bodyshop to get the work done. I would NOT recommend this business and am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and lies they told. Full story below. My vehicle was damaged in a hailstorm on Aug 5, 2023. Based on some of the positive reviews, I selected this shop to do my repairs. I brought my vehicle to NHB where they completed their own in house damage estimate. I was added to the wait list and was told it could be a couple weeks to a few months due to the parts being on back order due to an auto workers strike... no problem. Months go by and I hadn't heard from them so I called them and spoke to the receptionist. She said I was number 6 in line and shouldn't be much longer, and said they should be able to get my vehicle in by the end of January at the latest. February 14 I called and was told the parts all are in but I was still on the waiting list. March 21st I was told I was number 5 on the list. Mid April I called again and was told a couple more weeks and she said there was a delay because of having to hire a new technician. End of May I called again and was told I am number 2 on the list. June 17, (nearly 10.5 months after the initial hail storm) I called again and was told I'm next on the list. I spoke to another shop who was able to schedule me a few weeks out. Insurance called and spoke to the shop before reassigning the body shop for my repair and was told by NHB that they hadn't even ordered the parts for the vehicle yet. I would NOT recommend this business and am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and lies they told.

Orlando found some clips that fit my rocker panel and put it back on to the car so that it would no longer slip off and he did not even charge me. I was looking at paying a $500 deductible and having an increase in my insurance rate but now I don't have to worry about anything. Thank you Orlando and Precision Finish. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely use them if I have the unfortunate need of auto body work in the future. Just for a little SA, my GPS brought me there to the correct building but it was the front part which is preferred construction; you need to drive around to the very back side of the building and that's where Precision Finish is. The place is clean and Orlando and his brother are very professional.

Customer beware. I…read moretook my car to Precision Finish in November 2023 for insurance-covered collision repairs that included replacing the A/C condenser, cooling fan motor, bumper, and other parts. Unfortunately, it has been one problem after another ever since. The day after I picked up my car, I noticed it sounded like it was still running after I shut it off. I brought it back immediately, but Orlando assured me it was normal. A few months later, when the weather warmed up, my car began overheating so badly that I had to pull over multiple times to let it cool down. Over the next two years, I brought my car back several times. Different parts were replaced, but nothing solved the problem. Eventually, Honda diagnosed the issue: the aftermarket cooling fan assembly installed by Precision Finish was drawing too much amperage. Honda tech note stated "the fan motor, shroud, and blades do not match exactly what's needed." Once the correct parts were installed, the overheating finally stopped. The A/C also never worked properly after the original repair. The aftermarket condenser installed by Precision Finish failed, and Honda later replaced it under recall. Even after that, my A/C still doesn't work. Precision Finish now says it's no longer covered because the warranty has expired, even though it never worked properly after the original repair. In my experience, nearly every major repair done by Precision Finish had to be redone because of incorrect aftermarket parts, faulty aftermarket parts or improper installation. To top it off, the paint on my bumper is a terrible match. My car is metallic silver, but the bumper is a flat gray that doesn't match the rest of the vehicle. This experience cost me countless hours, repeated trips back to the shop, and lost income because I rely heavily on my car for work. DO NOT get your car repaired Precision Finish! You will regretted! Orlando (Shop owner) will tell you himself, he's not a license mechanic and he does NOT employ a license mechanic. Save yourself the time, frustration, and expense by taking your vehicle to a qualified repair shop the first time. I will be reporting Precision Finish to the attorney general, BBB and will exploring my legal options. I intend to pursue every available avenue to hold Precision Finish accountable.
