I brought my car here for an estimate because my rocker panel was starting to come off my car after I hit a curb. Orlando found some clips that fit my rocker panel and put it back on to the car so that it would no longer slip off and he did not even charge me. I was looking at paying a $500 deductible and having an increase in my insurance rate but now I don't have to worry about anything. Thank you Orlando and Precision Finish. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely use them if I have the unfortunate need of auto body work in the future. Just for a little SA, my GPS brought me there to the correct building but it was the front part which is preferred construction; you need to drive around to the very back side of the building and that's where Precision Finish is. Customer beware. I took my car to Precision Finish in November 2023 for insurance-covered collision repairs that included replacing the A/C condenser, cooling fan motor, bumper, and other parts. Unfortunately, it has been one problem after another ever since. The day after I picked up my car, I noticed it sounded like it was still running after I shut it off. I brought it back immediately, but Orlando assured me it was normal. A few months later, when the weather warmed up, my car began overheating so badly that I had to pull over multiple times to let it cool down. Over the next two years, I brought my car back several times. Different parts were replaced, but nothing solved the problem. Eventually, Honda diagnosed the issue: the aftermarket cooling fan assembly installed by Precision Finish was drawing too much amperage. Honda tech note stated "the fan motor, shroud, and blades do not match exactly what's needed." Once the correct parts were installed, the overheating finally stopped.The A/C also never worked properly after the original repair. The aftermarket condenser installed by Precision Finish failed, and Honda later replaced it under recall. Even after that, my A/C still doesn't work. Precision Finish now says it's no longer covered because the warranty has expired, even though it never worked properly after the original repair. In my experience, nearly every major repair done by Precision Finish had to be redone because of incorrect aftermarket parts, faulty aftermarket parts or improper installation. To top it off, the paint on my bumper is a terrible match. My car is metallic silver, but the bumper is a flat gray that doesn't match the rest of the vehicle. This experience cost me countless hours, repeated trips back to the shop, and lost income because I rely heavily on my car for work. DO NOT get your car repaired Precision Finish! You will regretted! Orlando (Shop owner) will tell you himself, he's not a license mechanic and he does NOT employ a license mechanic. Save yourself the time, frustration, and expense by taking your vehicle to a qualified repair shop the first time. I will be reporting Precision Finish to the attorney general, BBB and will exploring my legal options. I intend to pursue every available avenue to hold Precision Finish accountable. read more

My BMW 535i was stolen when I left it there to get some hail damage fixed. Police found the car 2 months later in Greeley. Had to take Orlando to court just to get damages and impound fees back because he obviously felt he didn't need to cover jack sh1t, and got left with $2000 in damages from the theft. He doesn't have business insurance or else I would have been covered for my loss. Orlando did not care or try and make me whole out of this whole situation, which could have been avoided if my car key was in a lock box and not left on the hood of the car after hours. I recorded the meetings to document everything taking place, and trust me, he could care less once you sign the work authorization form. I had a minor accident and needed a quick repair. Other shops I called couldn't get me in for over a month. I called Precision and they were able to take my car within a week. The repair took a little longer than we expected due to difficulty getting parts but I am extremely happy with the result. The car looks great. In addition, they were able to identify and repair mistakes made from a previous repair by another shop. Throughout the process Precision kept me informed and was even able to complete the repair under cost and save me the deductible. It is a small shop but they do excellent work. This was my first time doing business with Orlando and his brother and I didn't have high expectations since I am very particular about my car and I know every square inch of it. I took my car in for PDR after a hail storm beat it up pretty good and I figured while it was there I would add to the list and get a few other things done like rock chips and previous scratches, That being said these guys have more than exceeded my expectations the car looks amazing and trust me I've spent 6+ hours looking for any and all mistakes and I did find some but I don't think a regular person would have noticed these minor flaws one being a small amount of over spray inside a vent in my bumper that absolutely no one will notice unless I told them. Second flaw is a new scratch on the drivers side A pillar that was 100% not there before, it is minor and I should be able to buff it right out and I truly don't care about it considering how much work was done and how much time it spent in house it is a small price to pay. Lastly and the only thing I'm not happy about is my car was driven 118 miles while it was there, I personally don't like it when other people drive my car that being said I truly believe that even with the joyride included my car was well taken care of. I will 100% be continuing to do business with these guys and would recommend them to anyone just be aware they may take your car out to lunch lol. read more

We had to replace the passenger door on our 2017 Jaguar XF. Parts for these are exceedingly hard to find--4-6 week wait for a new door from England and no other body shop we called could find a recycled part. But Orlando did! He had a door in excellent condition shipped within two days, stripped it down, moved all of the electronics, etc. from the old door to the new, and then did a beautiful finishing job. The replaced passenger door closes more solidly than the original driver's door! Orlando is forthright, a good communicator, and meets his promised dates. My Honda Civic was hit by a 15 passenger van on the right back quarter panel. It didn't look horrible, but the damage was very noticible. I took it to another shop that was recommended by a friend. The estimate was over $4,000. The insurance adjuster from the party that hit me came in at $2,600+. Needless to say, I didn't want to have to make a claim with my insurance, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion and looked on yelp. I was very impressed the the great reviews on Precision Finish, so I called and made an appointment. He saw me that same day and said he could make the repairs for the amount the insurance company was willing to pay. It was a great relief. As well, the insurance company was only willing to give me a rental car for 2 weeks. The other company said the repairs would take a minimum of 3 weeks. Orlando said he could make make the repairs in 2 weeks or less. Meanwhile, I had some hail damage I had not gotten around to getting fixed, so I thought it would be a good time to do that as well. Orlando did the paintless repair and only charged me a fraction of the cost of a previous estimate. He also did a few repairs extra at no additional cost. My car looks as good as new, I am so pleased. I can't say enough what a great company this is. They complete the work with no surprises, unless you count the extra perks. The main guy that helped me was very polite, respectful, and made the process very clear. He gave me a time frame of when it would be done and it was done right around that time. I have a 2016 4runner and the parts were back ordered in colorado springs so he went out of his way to get the parts from Denver to make the turn around time as hasty as possible whilst keeping me updated the entire time. I had a little mishap offroading in my truck, and my insurance wouldn't cover it, meaning I was paying out-of-pocket. So i wasn't looking for a full-on, replace-every-part-that-the paint-was-chipped service. I only wanted to get the major dents fixed, because I only wanted to pay for the major ones. I was surprised to find that body shops in Colorado Springs don't work for you, the customer. Sure they'll talk to you and pretend, but in reality they work for insurance companies only, and they will not listen to you if you have specific requests. After visiting several shops that quoted more than $5,000 over what I wanted to spend (and one shop where the owner was drinking a beer and encouraged me to commit insurance fraud), I talked to Shannon at Precision Finish. Shannon is an offroader himself, and he understood when I explained I didn't want "the works." He listened to me when I explained what I had to spend, and what I wanted done. He seemed like a competent professional, and indeed, he did good work. When I came in after my truck was done, I saw that he did more than he promised, for the same price he quoted me in the beginning. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, I won't waste time with the idiots at "High Class Body and Caviar," I will get the work done here. read more

I had a quote from another body shop down Academy and they were going to charge me over $400 to repair the minor dents and scratches on my rear bumper. I felt like that was just too much for minor repairs. So I found this shop on Yelp and of course read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I brought my car in to get a quote and booked with them immediately. The owner and his brother (I think) were so friendly! Customer service won me over before he even gave me a price. I paid $250 and my bumper looked brand new. They were quick too. I just left my bumper there with them and I had it back in just a few days. He took his truck to 3 places, 2 of the three were such rip offs in what they wanted to do that was all in unnessary work to charge extra or they just weren't good enough to to fix the problems without replacing parts.
