STAY AWAY FROM THIS BULLSHIT PLACE - FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Had truck in for oil change and tire rotation. The driver side windshield washer sprayer didn't work - WHY??? They had pulled back the foam covering (it was visusally wrinkled) and manually pulled the hose out of the sprayer. This DOES NOT happen by itself. Idiots tried to charge a $149 service fee and keep the truck for days on end to diagnose the problem. Heck no. You A$$holes are never touching my vehicle again. What a crock of Sh$t. read more

Take your vehicle somewhere else, they don't do tire rotations here even though the offer it online. Also the service drive area is so small had to fit my 1500 in between two mini vans. Seems like they just leave the vehicle where you drop it off and it blocks the rest of the traffic. I was more than happy to pay the extra $50 to get my tires rotated. It weird that an auto dealership refuses to take money. Will not come back here again. read more

They text you a few days before your appt to remind you . I dropped off my car the day before the appt . They did a great job & addressed all my concerns . read more

We scheduled an appointment for a recall service a month in advance, our appointment was scheduled at 10:00am it's now 2:10 and they haven't serviced my car yet! This is ridiculous! Customer service is terrible. Don't no take your vehicle there for services! This is why most people buy vehicles out of the state! Horrible! read more

Worst place ever to buy a car. Went to TEST DRIVE a car on 3/5/19 and left that evening with a 2018 Dodge Journey. No down payment was required. So, what's my gripe you ask? Tag was purchased a few days later. About1 week later they called and said car needed to be returned because deal fell through because I had no driver's license. Sales woman I was working with KNEW this when I signed on the dotted line. Rather than return the car I added a licensed driver to the loan. In doing this we had to go with another lender and still no down payment. Sales lady KNEW the deal she was doing was underhanded and rather than meet at the dealership to sign new paperwork she met me on a Sunday at a gas station. Upon arriving home and comparing the two deals I noticed they had now increased the price of the car although I was told only change was the lender. I called to inquire and was told I would receive a call back. As of today 4/2/19 no return call. New leg derby also meant new title and what I later found out new tag. Really! Because a title had already been ordered I was told I had to wait in order to make the change. Here's the kicker...I would need to get a new plate AND would need to pay a PENALTY. WHY? Because the paperwork was all wrong and the deal was shady. Called and spoke with finance manager TJ who said they would cut me a check for the difference in the plate. I again questioned the increase in sales price as well as my dissatisfaction with the deal. His response we sell cars and we got you in one. Ugh, excuse me buddy, I have A1 credit so you did me no favors. After I expressed my frustration he assured me he would fix it and call me back. Still waiting on that call. To add insult to injury, they KNEW the original deal they were allowing someone to act on my behalf WITHOUT my permission. There goal is to sell cars at whatever cost.
