First Time, Last Time Brought my Superduty F-series truck in…read morefor an oil change. Counter people seemed bored and indifferent to a new customer. Arrived for pickup and was charged $264. For an oil change? Really? I've had the same work done for half. The "Gun Free Zone" signs on the showroom doors didn't help.

Needed a transmission flush and to fix an oil leak. When I called for a price check they told me…read morethe transmission flush was $250, I said awesome and made an appointment to fix both issues. When I went to my appointment they say the transmission flush was actually $380 but they'd bring the price down since someone quoted me that before. Say okay and am willing to accept the $190 charge for a diagnostic because I need my car worked on and thought they were good. I drop my car off at 7:45 am, wait all day for a call. Never happens. I call at 1 pm, they eventually tell me it was going to be $1,060 if they fixed the valve for the oil leak and a leaky hose near my spark plug. Okay fiiiiiiine, I really didn't think it would be that much but SURE. I accept it because I really want my car to be fixed. I figure out a financial plan and then I don't hear back from them about when to pick it up. Okay, they've probably been working on it and it took a while. Next day, I call them at 12:55 pm because I hadn't heard from them yet. "Oh yeah, they're working on it now, we got the parts in this morning." Oh?? You didn't tell me you had to order parts. You didn't tell me anything at all that you were doing actually. They finally call me at 4 pm and say it's ready. I go up there ready to pay and get my car. $1,700. Excuse me??? What the hell happened to $1,060??? Then they tell me "Well it's $1,030 for the labor." WHAT LABOR??? You didn't even have the parts yesterday!!! Safe to say, I will NOT EVER go back there. I'll take my money to Hattiesburg if I HAVE to go back to a Ford dealership.
