I'm a local wedding planner and 2024 bride and recently my alterations company left my wedding dress completely filthy and with 5-6 large black stains with water rings around them. I came to Kim's distraught and hoping to get my dress clean before my wedding. Kim was professional, empathetic, informative, and timely. They were able to get my dress SPOTLESS in just two weeks. & I mean cleaner than the dress was when I received it from the bridal salon brand new. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and even gave me a new garment bag, steamed every wrinkle out of the gown, and carried it to my car. Kim's cleaners is the best!! I have used her twice for dress alteration. Kim the owner is so nice! My bridesmaid dress had a low quality zipper that was hard to zip. Kim not only helped me figure out the trick to get it to zip up, but she also taught my boyfriend how to use that trick to zip it so I would be covered on the wedding day! She went to all this trouble just to save us money because it would have cost more to put in a new zipper on the dress. She also gave us a very reasonable price! She is an incredible seamstress and provides helpful feedback while keeping your pocket book in mind. My clothing articles came back looking like new after a good dry cleaning session. I am in town from out of state for work. I needed two pairs of dress pants altered with next day service. I called ahead and they kindly told me if I could make it that afternoon they could get this done for me. The store was busy when I arrived by they greeted me right away and a short while later I was changing and getting measured. She made sure I was comfortable with the fit and reviewed it from multiple angles. Great service and very kind staff. Wish I lived here to get all of my alterations done by this staff. read more

Alterations: I brought in a dress that I had bought online, which unfortunately was too big and couldn't be returned due to it being a final sale. The dress had intricate embellishments, making the alterations quite challenging. Kim expertly adjusted the dress without compromising its look or fit. Fantastic job! I have a Huge White King Feathered Comforter and a 3 year old nephew so we ALL know that doesn't mix !
