I had been to this salon years ago (2018) but was surprised to see a major update when I walked in…read moretoday! They told me that the ownership has changed since my last visit, and the salon got a total makeover. I was thrilled to learn they now offer full sugaring services! Very convenient. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. There was spa type music playing and it was very relaxing. The salon was spotless and you can tell they are very attentive to sanitation. The staff were so friendly and nice, and my nail tech asked multiple times during my services if I liked how they looked, which I greatly appreciated! They offer complimentary beverages to include mimosas or margaritas! The prices were very reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of nail services. I am VERY picky about my nail salons more now than I ever have been, but this was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Today was that day, and I don't regret it at all! I was greeted by Apple when I walked in, the salon was spotless, and it smelled nice (I wasn't slapped in the face with the smell of chemicals like most salons). They seated me quickly, and the nail technician was nice and extremely detailed with the pedicure. I did not feel rushed at all, and although I was just there for a pedicure, I will be back for more services. I can't stress enough how clean and nice the salon looked. If you're looking for a peaceful pedicure/manicure experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It was awesome!

My very favorite nail tech, Natasha recently came to this nail spa, so without a doubt, I had to…read morefollow her, even though it's a 40 minute drive. From start to finish, the place is clean, professional and easy. If you have a choice, ask for Natasha. She is young and creative and super spunky. She will literally do any creative design you bring to her. Polygel is her specialty and cat eye is what I would call her calling card. She has literally taken my nails from a brittle mess I would never even polish to little canvases that I am so proud of. Just beware that parking is by meter, so leave a little extra time!

I didn't have a pleasant experience today at the Spa. I attempted to get this set done (pictured…read morebelow). When I first walked in, I showed the older gentleman what I was looking to get done, and he sat me down. He got my nails prepped, then I went to get my pedicure and toes painted. I got a nice pretty blue to match the nails. After that was done, the same older gentleman asked my pedicure stylist if she had 30 minutes to quickly do my design. Crazy. Then he just told me to come back. He looked at the picture and told me it was too complicated and it would take him all day, as if I'm not paying him. So I got frustrated and went with French. As I'm getting my nails done, my morale is down because I'm not getting what I thought I was getting. After expressing I had blue toes and French tip nails, he expressed that it went well together instead of offering a solution. And he stated I wasn't communicating about my French style when I didn't want that in the first place. As I finished up, I told him I wasn't satisfied with my service and only finished because I got started and wasn't communicated with properly. A day before my cruise, and I am very disappointed. Please make sure they explain realistically what they can and can't do before you put your money into their business. Doesn't communicate well. Good for quick, last-minute fixes. Other than that, go to a nail tech or the other salon by Food Lion.
