I just had the laziest and most low effort gel manicure I've ever had. I would never get my nails done here again. Barely filed my nails, hardly trimmed my cuticles. Didn't even let my nails dry for the full 60 seconds before pulling my hands out. This place sucks. Now my nail edges are still rough after leaving. What a waste of money. I was a frequent customer. They do great work. Very quick. Was charged for upcharge on gel polish when I didn't get gel. I asked for black nails . The tech applied black acrylic instead of black gel polish. When I made it known they argued that, that is what they considered gel. I stated that I never heard that before and how that didn't make sense because acrylic would have to be applied to any set and I would have to get a entirely new set if I wanted to change the color on my next fill if they used black acrylic. read more

I got a gel liquid for my nails to keep them healthy. I am very happy with my service. Susan was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job. She told me about the liquid gel which is what she suggested for me. What she did fail to mention was that the liquid gel was 70 dollars. I thought that I was just getting a gel manicure and come to my surprise it was 70 and not 32. Make sure and ask about prices before getting anything done. Once again I made an appointment with Kelly for 2 pm on my lunch got there at 158 and they check me in and someone was in her chair. I ask the receptionist lady to check with kelly to see if she would be on time for my appointment because they will let you just sit like your time doesnt matter and she not kelly comes back and says the last appointment was 30 min late so do I want to be rescheduled or get someone else to do them.. I had visited this place before, and wasn't really thrilled with my service, but decided to try again because they have children's spa chairs. My daughter is three, and was going on a "date" with her Dad to the Father Daughter dance, so I thought it would be special to take her and get our nails done together. I made an appointment several days in advance, with the expectation that the chair beside the toddler chair would be available. It was not. We waited for over 20 minutes - and while this would annoy me under normal circumstances when I had an appointment, this was even more frustrating when you have an excited toddler. I wasn't seated beside my child, and was interrupted numerous times during my pedicure to ask about preferences, when I had clearly explained what we wanted both when making the appointment and when we arrived. They charged me $109 for a three years olds fingers and toes - and added designs (that looked terrible) that I didn't sign off on. My little girl was thrilled, and enjoyed her experience, but Mom will NEVER set foot back in this establishment. They made the entire process very stressful and I really wanted to fully get that first time side by side with my girl. So just be aware if you take your kids - make sure you are BESIDE them and discuss any upgrades because that felt very strategic. Oh well, fool me once! read more

Right before thanksgiving I visited here for the first time in years and I now remember why I haven't been back. They have a lot of bells and whistles but the service is ultimately just not good. Everything seemed fine while I was being serviced and my nail artist was kind and had a decent pace. They do have an extensive offering of drinks and snacks, as well as a variety of polish to choose from. The good ends there for me. On my pedicure I noticed that the polish was not brought at the way to my nail bed, which gives the appearance that your nail has already grown out even though I'd just left. I feel like this is a tactic to make you return sooner. The bottom of my feet also felt rough and started peeling within 48 hours - this was my experience years ago and the reason I hadn't returned. The reason I DID return was because of a deal advertised on their Facebook for 25% off pedicures on Tuesday if you mention the deal and pay in cash. The manager acted as if she was honoring this discount but actually only applied 10% off ($4.30 off my $43 service). They also had a drawing going for a new car, but you have to submit your entry on the back of your receipt. To me, it seems like if you give up your receipt to enter, you'll have no way of contesting when they upcharge you. Please be wary of their deals and make sure you pay attention to your total! read more

One of the worst experiences at a nail salon I've had! The first picture was the color I was going for and wanted the ombre effect. My toes and nails are two completely different colors and neither is what I wanted! I showed the first picture to the nail technician as well. The acrylic was also applied wayyy too thick!! I've patronized this business over 20 times and every single time there's some type of disrespect I have to overlook either I'm over hearing them talk about other customers or they're just flat out rude but I ignore it because it's close to my house. For instance I asked for an itemized receipt just so I can see the breakdown of why my short nails were 170 and the lady at the front gives me a breakdown, but says "if you're not comfortable with the price ask beforehand" excuse me, ma'am I just tipped this guy $40 on $170 set I'm very comfortable with the price I just wanted to know in advance so next time I come I can be prepared to pay, it wasn't a price issue. Recently I've tried Kimmy and she's amazing too. Definitely look at their work on Instagram before booking a select person. My nails last about 2 weeks before they start growing out and a few extra days after before either my pinky or forefinger start lifting. They're really good about fixing mistakes. I've been here before and had excellent service I went today, a Sunday afternoon so I knew it would be busy and a little bit of a wait (possibly slower service) I went in and they said the wait wasn't long, sat for about 5-10 minutes and they were "ready". Then I sat in the chair with my feet in the water for NO JOKE 30-40 minutes. About halfway through that time I saw an employee and said "I know y'all are busy but are they coming to help me soon" and she said she would ask. The people around me had been there awhile as well, one girl said she made an appointment for 3:00 and it was 3:30 already and she had not been helped either. The tech did an extremely sloppy job and when I told him it was messy and I was upset to spend $80 on such a terrible result he snatched my hand and held a drill up to me threatening to take it off. i went in here to get my nails done and i had to get tips put on my 3 of my nails bc they were broken. Not only did they take other people back that came in after causing me to wait an hour because they forgot about me, the nail technician didn't properly fix the broken nail before putting a new one on and caused my nail to break to the skin. I didn't even hit my nail on a hard surface for it to break like that it also broke within the same day. went in there and showed them to try and get my money back and they refused. The Front lady then said they can fix it but there's not enough nail to fix it. I usually don't write reviews but I think this visit deserves one. I came in today around noon to have my toes painted and for a full set for my upcoming graduation. I was offered 20% off to upgrade to a pedicure so I said why not. I'm so glad I said yes. Paul was awesome. He took his time shaping, painting, and making sure I was comfortable. We talked about Elon Musk too which was fun. After my toes were done I was moved to a nail station for my full set and I had the luck of being seated with Tina. I asked for short, tapered, white nails. Boring...I know. Tina did amazing. She took her time filing, shaping, painting, etc. She noticed my unfortunate habit of pulling my cuticles so she put a little extra oil on them which is something I'm very grateful for. There was never a moment where I questioned what she was doing. I'm so pleased with both my full set and my pedicure!!
