We have taken our Golden's to other "boarding" places, I wish we had Aunt Becky & Uncle Kevin then. They took care of our wonderful senior Boone Alexander like he was their pup thank you for every single time you have had them in their "apartment ". Once upon a time I was the first reviewer for this business, and I just wanted to write a brief follow up. Even though one of our beloved whippets is gone, and the other is in his twilight years, they always enjoyed going on "puppy vacation" to see Becky and Kevin. I trusted my dogs to the Kindhearted Pet Resort their whole lives, and was never left down. It is a big pricy for pet care, compared to a vet kennel, but the level of STRESS on your animal is much lower, and that was well worth it for us. Plus, they limit their pet intake, so your critter gets more one-on-one attention. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

We reserved months ago our dog to stay at kind hearted PR for July 2021. Last week we had a death in the family and needed to go out of state and needed a kennel. I texted them to see if she could come there. They texted no, no availability. I texted back saying that I found a place for her to go for those couple days but would see them the next week for her visit for a week. No text reply. Today, when we are supposed to leave within 24hours they texted and cancel the reservation. They said it's because our dog had to stay at another kennel last week when we had a family emergency so they don't want her this week. She has all her shots,etc. They could have called or texted me when I first talked (via text) to them but they waited until the last minute to cancel. SO RUDE! Also, they Never answer the phone. This is most certainly the ONLY place we would ever bring our dog. Our Golden was with Aunt Becky and Uncle Kevin whenever we traveled for all of her 13 yrs of a wonderful life. We can not thank them enough for providing the most love and care we have ever seen. Our dog was always happy to go there. I am so glad we got to know them! They truly love and care for each pet's needs as individuals. Thanks Kevin and Becky! Even though our beloved dog has gone on to run free in the afterlife, we will remain friends. Can not say enough about Becky and Kevin they have been wonderful with my Sadie! She is a very sensitive dog that was abused and neglected before I adopted her and now of course she is the most spoiled little girl and Becky and Kevin are just wonderful with her. She loves them both and they walk her and treat her like a queen. When Sadie comes home she is right on schedule no issues except for being a little tired from all the company and fun!!!!! I only go away if Kind Hearted can keep her!!! Would never let her with any other kennel. I have had bad experiences before from other kennels.
