He would play his loud music the entire time without even asking if it was to loud or if I would prefer something else. when I would ask him questions about the tattoo he would stay mute until I would have to ask the same question again only to receive a irritated response. employees were in and out of the room throughout the day to borrow supplies or needing Jesse's approval for some business related problem as Jesse is part owner of the shop. Jesses attitude problem and uncomfortable atmosphere continued throughout the entire 7 hour appointment and into the next appointment. upon completion of the sub par tattoo Jesse did not offer much advice for aftercare explaining it would all be in a Email that never came.Jesse's work does NOT match his top of the line price and very poor customer service.
