I got my ears pierced here by Willow in October 2019. I had a fine experience. Fast forward to this past weekend, one of the balls of the earrings I was pierced with fell off while I was on vacation and I lost the earring. It was the only pair I had. So I made an appointment to get a new pair from this shop. I went in on Tuesday and got a similar hoop and the guy (not Willow, but can't recall his name) replaced them and put them in for me. I was charged $85 which is outrageous, but fine whatever, I paid it and gave the guy a $10 tip. The next day, I noticed the right earring ball was quite loose. I tried tightening it myself but it just keeps spinning around. I didn't want to lose the ball and earring again so I contacted their FB page and asked what I could do to tighten it. Whoever replied said you need a special tool and that I could just "pop in and they'd take care of me". I informed them I'd be there around 5:30 on Thursday (today) and didn't hear back. So I pop in, as directed, and the same guy who fixed me up on Tuesday is there and he asks if I have an appt. I told him I was the one on FB who had the loose earring and he looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about and said the person who was messaging me is the owner and he's in Thailand. Ok...? Dude didn't even recognize me from 2 days before. I ask him if he will tighten it and he's like "I can but it would be a $10 service charge". I said "I just paid $95 on Tuesday for these and one is loose already and I don't want to lose it and have to pay for another one." He tells me it shouldn't fall out any that me wanting him to tighten it would be "my preference" and that he "doesn't work for free." He was being extremely rude and it was ridiculous that he wouldn't honor what the owner told me. This shop lost any future business from me based on this interaction. I'm only giving 2 stars because my first experience here was just fine, as was my visit on Tuesday. In fact, the guy who got the new earrings in was very pleasant, not at all the kind of attitude I got from him today. Horrible customer service and treatment of a customer. read more

My kid got her first body piercing with James. He was friendly and pretty nice. He joked and had her feeling comfortable. The place was very clean. The prices here are really high, but the jewelry is good quality. Fast forward to having questions about her healing process... Tried contacting them a couple weeks back and was ignored. Finally spoke to Willow. WOW, talk about the most horrific customer service I've ever experienced! I've had multiple piercings in my life, so I'm not a complete dummy about it, but this dude talks to you in the most absolute condescending way possible. I'm seriously sitting here just mind blown. Totally ruined the whole (previously awesome) experience. I absolutely regret recommending this place to anyone after our visit. My advice? James, go out and get your own place. You were great and have to be losing business simply because of the massive chip on this other dude's shoulder. read more

I was really not pleased with how quickly my piercer wanted us in and out of there. When I first got my faith piercing 5(?) years ago, the piercer I had was AMAZING. So now that I needed them removed for surgery and wanted to pick out a new faith piercing for after, the guy wouldn't take the time to answer my questions. They said I needed temporary piercings until I had others put back in. At $40 each they couldn't even offer me two of the same size & both are smaller than the holes I had. I did pick out new earrings, they had a set, which was great. But I kinda regret purchasing from them. I won't be going back there. The machine was not working properly for my payment... the guy said this never happened, kept having me swipe my card and showed NO CONCERN at all for me possibly being overcharged. Bad experience all around. I wish I knew who did my piercing 5 years ago --- he was amazing and took lots of time to work with me, answer questions, changed the metal color to what I loved. read more

When they tell a customer to "come back if any issues" maybe throw in they will not make ill fitting jewelry correct, that the customer needs to drop over $150 more dollars to fix. It's a college town and you're scamming young people. Even the jewelry company stands behind their jewelry more than you- they made it right when the shop would not. Also, a greeting more than "do you have an appointment" would be nice. Least personable business I've been too. Seriously, don't waste your money here! read more

Got two piercings done here. One of them was clearly in the wrong spot and going through bad skin. They told me to call them if it got more painful but didn't seem to care or want to take responsibility for piercing me in the wrong spot. Don't go here unless you like gambling read more

I seldom ever do reviews but this is just unbelievable. I scheduled an appointment for my 11 year old niece to get her ears pierced. I wanted to support a local business. Her mom was meeting us there since she had to sign the consent form. On my way, I received a phone call from them telling me that one of their piercers was stuck in LA & asked if I thought my niece would be ok to still have her ears pierced...they typically have 2 piercers when doing kids ears so they can do both ears at the same time. It was nice of him to give us the option to reschedule but we felt she'd be fine. I showed up 5 minutes or so before our scheduled appointment. He had a customer before us that was waiting. My sister had difficulty finding a parking spot so she was 5 minutes late. Because she was 5 minutes late he told us we'd have to cancel that he could no longer do it. My nieces heart was broken as she had been so looking forward to getting her ears pierced. There wasn't even anyone else there but he said he had another appointment coming in & wouldn't have time. I don't know of anywhere that doesn't have a 5 minute grace period. You can't tell me that his next customer wouldn't have been understanding if they got in 5 minutes late. He was so rude...I would never do business there. read more

I got my nipples pierced here and had a horrible experience. When I asked how to care for my new piercings they literally (although jokingly) told me "Let your dog lick em!" "Rub them in the dirt!" Because of this extremely low level of care from them, I felt ostracized and stupid for even asking. My piercings healed terribly because I was not given a single care instruction. The piercers were extremely unprofessional, the space uninviting, and the manner of operation terrible. Don't go here unless you want to be laughed out the door for legitimate questions. read more
