I wouldn't give it a one star because that's just how bad it was , the only thing that was good about this visit was them cleaning my teeth I didn't have any problems there but I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 10:00 am on the dot checked in filed out paperwork for them since I'm a new patient so I wait roughly for about 30 minutes just to get in then they got to cleaning pretty quickly which I'm fine with but finally when she finished she said the doctor would be in shortly to discuss the possibility of 10 different procedures I need done and I said ok thank you I didn't leave the office until 2:00 pm I had been sitting and waiting 3 hours for no doctor to actually see me and tell me knew what I need done then all the hygienists were scrambling to find my x rays in which they didn't save initially so we had to retake all of my x rays and they still didn't tell me what was wrong or what things I needed to get done and when I was at the front desk both lady's said yeah the doctor just went ahead and took his lunch break at 11:45 am in the span of 11:45 is when we finished the cleaning of my teeth till 1:30 pm he was on his break but I find this very unprofessional and they shouldn't have a job if they think it's ok to go on break while still having patients they literally forgot about me and 4 other patients read more

The front office staff does not know how to do their job. They spent over 20 minutes on the phone with full waiting room of people. appointment was at nine but we had to wait till 9:20 just to check in with the receptionist. Then they couldnt find the insurance Ive used four other times on my account. told me to leave after one hour of searching with my two year old. went back two hours later after I called billing to confirm that my insurance is on file. It was of course. new receptionist was able to find my insurance and account very easily. They did fit me right in after that at 1. took them 15 minutes to verify me that time too. not sure why they wait till you are in the room to run insurance verifications or why that has to be done with a waiting room full of people. read more

Made my some wait 2 hours for a simple cleaning. Our time has value too. why bother to schedule an appointment if you don't have any intention of servicing it. Here's a thought, call us and say "hey, we're down a tech, can we reschedule?" Oddly enough, not the first time they pulled this, so this time we asked them if they were behind because we had things to do. They said nope, we'll call you back soon. I absolutely love this place. I recently moved here from a big city and was looking for dentist for my 6 yr old who is not too trusting of new people. all of the staff was super friendly and made my girl comfortable in no time. The first dentist we saw was so good with kids. While numbing my daughters gums for a filling, it made it into a game and she actually said she couldn't wait to go back, lol. Two yrs later and we've still had nothing but good experiences here. I recently got dental coverage and will be treating here as well. GOOD JOB GUYS!! read more

I had to have z tooth pulled and they did not prescribe me any8 pin medicine or antibiotics until a week after when I was still having pain. Then after leaving part of my jaw bone exposed I'm still waiting for the oral surgeon to fix it. going on now three weeks next week will be flour. read more

We had previously gone to Kindle and had a pretty horrible experience where my husband received an insane amount of numbing needles and they were still unable to numb him, yet continued to try to pull a tooth that was in a lot of pain out. We were horrified! Recently my husband had to go back for some more issues. After trying to find a dentist that was accommodating to his schedule here in Longview, we ended up having to go back here. I am not quite sure what changed in the office but I am glad that we did, he now sees Dr. Anthony and he has nothing but great things to say about his work and his demeanor with clients. We had such a good experience with Dr. Anthony that our daughter (8) now sees him too. I never thought we would be back after that awful experience but I am happy to say that we have. Dr. Anthony and Dr. Ihionkhan are fantastic with both adults and kiddos. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO KINDLE DENTAL IN LONGVIEW! Last Wednesday I took my kids there and they did xrays, and then told me my 8 year old had two cavities. Then we went back on Monday to have them filled. Before they started I asked them to show me the cavities on the xrays. He told me I couldn't see the xrays because the cavities don't show up on them... Tell me how they knew he had cavities then? They hadn't even done the exam and cleaning yet.. Regardless, I let them proceed with the procedure. They got two shots of Lidocaine in and my son started shaking violently. We stopped everything and he told us to come back when they could sedate him. Fast forward to today. We get back to a room and a dental assistant comes in and hands him a cup of fluid and doesn't give any instructions, just stands there. I was filling out a paper she had given me to sign. He swishes the fluid around like mouthwash , WHILE SHE IS WATCHING HIM WALK TO THE SINK and spits it out. She then YELLS AT HIM, "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DRINK THAT!!" He starts apologizing, and I said ma'am he didn't know that we have never had cavities filed before and you didn't give him instructions. She literally huffed and puffed and stomped out of the room. 30 minutes later another lady comes in holding the empty cup. She says, "So I heard he refused to take the sedation medication?" I said no ma'am your dental assistant gave him a cup of fluid and neglected to do HER JOB and tell my 8 year old what to do. So she then proceeds to say, "Well we are not WASTING anymore medication on him!" Excuse me? I didn't know sedating my child so he isn't in pain while you fill his "cavities" is considered wasting medication. I told her that it was not my sons fault that your assistant didn't give proper instructions. So they wanted us to come back again. Not if they were the last dentist on earth. This office is THE most unprofessional sorry excuse of a dental practice I have ever met. This is NOT okay!!! I went to leave a review on their page and read reviews of other patient's who they told had cavities, then went for a second opinion and didn't have cavities AT ALL! How is that legal?!?! read more

My sister took my 6 year old neice in today to have 2 baby teeth, that were not loose, pulled and to get a filling. They numbed her top teeth and completed her filling without any pain, tears etc. However, they pulled out her 2 (front, bottom) baby teeth WITHOUT numbing her gums first. She, of course, began crying because it hurt and now she is afraid to return to the dentist. My sister was horrified and literally felt sick. When she asked the Dentist about it she said it hurt just as much to numb her gums as to pull the teeth out. Yet she's had her gums numbed without any issue but she started crying and is now terrified of dentists after having the teeth pulled without a numbing agent. We will never return to Kindle Dental. read more

Would not even give them one star but no option .......they draft your account and dont stop it has been going on for months....have made so many calls it is not funny...they dont know what they are doing! then call me saying my insurance company wants to know if i have any teeth missing...WTH.....They did ex-rays and 3000.00 dollars worth of work and they can not answer that question......??? read more

They didn't resolve my issue and tried to charge me for other work I didn't need. Tooth abscessed a week later and needed antibiotics while out of town. Tried to get ahold of them for two days without any return call. Very displeased ! read more
