I've tried to call different hours of the day nobody ever answers. I've tried to call different days of the week. No one answers. When I've had an appointment in the past, you wait for the doctor for hours after an hour and a half I was done and just left after my cleaning. They have sub standard care obviously. they use to be great but the last few times my daughter and I went it was horrible! one of the recepti is rude. We waited an hour to be seen only to be both seen by the same dentist at the same time both getting procedure! we both got filling on one visit and a month later we both have holes in our teeth! Dr. Pedro Baez is terrible. He pulled all my friend's top teeth,good and bad. He then made a set of dentures for her that were too big and never fit. After many trips to get them corrected, she has given up. She has lost 15 to twenty pounds because she can not eat with the teeth in. She has blisters in the roof of her mouth. The dentures are a joke. They are broken in places where Dr. BAEZ has tried to cut them down to fit her. She is now on medi cation from her medical doctor. What a shame!!! read more

One of the worst places to take your child, no compassion for young children that are afraid of needles or dentist. My child was never more afraid and dental hygienist and dentist looked like they didn't give a damn about taking care or soothing my little one or even explaining what they where going to do. This place is a joke. Office staff is horrible with communication. We have been going to them for almost 9 years. Dr Luke and Dr Akhuini were good but they are not caring about their patients anymore. This dental office has messed up my child's tooth and it is a permanent one. My wife went to this place when her medication rotted her teeth out. She had to have all of her teeth removed through surgery. The real troubles started when she had to have dentals. She claims that the hygienist told her that this wasn't going to work. We paid thousands of dollars for dentures that don't fit right and hurt her mouth so much she wants to cry. Then they wanted to use dental implants that would be much more expensive option than the procedure that botched. Her teeth hurt so bad and she is so angry that she wont even wear the dentures. It's a waste of money and time to use this office. For teeth that don't fit and are painful to wear. It is not worth your money to even visit. read more

Would not recommend. I Went here earlier this week to get two of my back teeth extracted and they sent me on my way with no antibiotics or anything. It took almost a week to let me know that I had a prescription for just ibuprofen and hydrocodone and NO antibiotics waiting for me at the pharmacy. Like they just don't care. Don't go here. I have been a loyal patient at Kindle Dental's Tyler location for about 3 years. I've always had good service but today unfortunately my opinion has changed. Went in for the first of 2 visits. I had a root canal done on a very painful tooth. At the end of the procedure I told the assistant that I was out of pain meds and requested some more for the recovery. She goes out and talks to the Dr and comes back and says "ok well we will give you some but ONLY 6". Like I was comming in off the streets "drug seeking". I JUST had a root canal done, one that i have to pay the full $1800 out of pocket for I might add. Would I be spending that much money to "hustle" a few lousy pain pills? On top of that, ask she walks me to the front, she says in a loud voice in front of all the waiting patients, "Dr said to give him pain med, but JUST SIX". I do not spend my hard EARNED money to be talked to like I'm some sort of drug fiend looking for a fix. I will most likely be going somewhere else for the crown and any future dental work. Very disappointing and to be honest, embarrassing and offensive. read more

This place is great with regard to the dental hygienists and dentists. Their scheduling is horrible! Do not plan on your appointment being on the day or time that was discussed. No joke, this happens 100% of the time. It was merely an annoyance the first couple times. Now, we are looking at going elsewhere, however, I will miss the other aspects of Kindle dental. read more

First time here but not first time to a dentist. I was a little concerned seeing how this location had NO REVIEWS but believe it or not, this place was awesome. I didn't know how my son would react, nor did I know if they would be kind with a child but THEY WERE! All staff were very nice and welcoming. The office is nice and spacious and up to date. If it weren't for Dr.Luke we'd never be back but he is exceptionally gentle and sweet to my children. The assistants have cross contaminated their work spaces every time I've been there. It's hard to sit there as a nurse, watching my children be subjected to everybody's germs. It's disgusting. So they dont love to see me coming but I'm not there for them either. Again, Dr Luke is FANTASTIC but the techs need to go back to school. read more

Unexpectedly needed to go to a dentist ASAP and called Kindle and they say they accepted walk-ins before 11am or between 1pm-3pm so we opted to go right after 1pm. We were greeted immediately and asked what we needed done and got seen in about 15 minutes. We had x-rays taken and met with one of the dentists there and got temporary relief for the tooth pain and also made out a treatment plan to knock it out completely. Very thorough and everyone was so friendly throughout the entire process. We were in and out in about an hour an a half and felt very good about the diagnosis we were given. The location is in an unusual spot in town but the facility is extremely nice and well-kept. This is an excellent choice for any dental needs, highly recommend Kindle Dental. read more

Unethical practices. They lie to you just to get your money and leave you in pain. I called because I had a broke tooth and was in tremendous pain. They told me $75 upfront today for a consultation and they would work out a payment plan in order to pay the rest. I specifically asked did I have to pay the money upfront before services were rendered. The clerk said no. I go in, pay my $75 and have the consult. They quote me for the procedure and demand money upfront. I tell them I don't have it. I repeat the conversation that we had over the phone and she says, well we have financing. FINANCING and payment plan is NOT the same thing. I ask do they have any other options and she says, I can pay $30% down and pay the rest out. I say okay because I can afford that. She then tells me that they charge an extra 15% for using that option. Are you serious?! I storm out and cry my eyes out because I feel I've just been robbed. There were other dentist that did a free consultation or $50 consultation that couldn't get me in until tomorrow. I would've just dealt with the pain and waited until then. Now I have no money left to go to a different dentist or payment towards and extraction and I'm still pain! I'm the only one in my family that's cash pay. My other 5 family members have dental insurance but I will never let them set foot in this office or any other associated offices. read more
