Doctor Flotz prescribed Lisinopril for me and was kind enough to give me a 90 day extension. He also suggested that I get a blood pressure machine so I could monitor my BP, which I did. Despite the fact that the Lisinopril made me feel horrible all the time, it did bring down my blood pressure. So I called to make an appointment and they said to just come on in and they would update my blood pressure test. I get there and was informed by the receptionist I would have to "redo the entire physical because it had been so long." Also, I would have to pay for a new physical. Really... is 6-1/2 weeks so long? I'm on social security and Medicare. I don't have a lot of extra funds. I wanted to talk to the doctor about changing my medication because the current one makes me sick, but he wasn't in. Guess I'll will have to forfeit my class A license just to feel healthier without the medication. It's all about the money...

I was in the area visiting my mother. I had my son, niece and nephew with me. My niece became ill…read moreand I was not sure where to take her since I have not visited a doctor in the area since I was a little girl. TQC was wonderful. We only waited a few minutes before being seen by a NP. Because I am not the guardian of my niece we had to have my sister FAX in approval. Her father was out of town and he had to send the proof of insurance by phone. The receptionist was very patient and very, very helpful with all the paperwork. The LVN and the nurse practioner were so kind to my niece and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Wait times on avg after 3 visits have been upwards of 4 hours each. This location does not honor…read moreappointment times and is a great way to waste your entire day as a walk-in. They are buried in HOURS of wait time within 30 minutes of opening their doors. The big sign out front will still tell you to book an appointment online, and the front desk will not inform you of the several hour long wait times until you complain. Edit: with all the sick, coughing, sneezing, groaning people in the lobby together for hours, this place is more of a hazard to your health than a help. Every 20 minutes another poor soul asks how long it's going to be.

Even though I live in Texarkana, I felt Longview Regional would give me the best care and boy did they ever! From the super sweet and friendly receptionist at the same day surgery desk, to the nurse who called me back to do my vitals named Sherry, then I had nurses prep me, talk to me and explained everything every step of the way. Once I was in recovery I couldn't really see the nurse taking care of me but her name was Heather. She was so so sweet! She took excellent care of me. Then for my post surgery I met Traci and Amanda. These two ladies were everything to me! They made me feel comfortable, helped me when I had to use the bathroom, gave me something to drink and even wheeled me out to my husband and helped me get in the car. I really hope this reaches them and their supervisor. These ladies were the absolute best! I can't forget the doctor that made all of this happen Dr. Newlin. Christus St Michael in Texarkana misdiagnosed me TWICE it took Dr. Newlin one time to see me, perform a biopsy and then surgery. He is a gem! Again thank you Longview Regional Medical Center for everything!

Was in ER ...for both leg and lung issues...told treating only leg...so x-rays...then a guy stand…read morethere saying hey hey...your oxygen is at 70 % ...then I pass out again and he says hey hey...same thing...but instead of giving me oxygen he says you probably should get a CPAP...and then goes away... meanwhile my face was severely bloated like I was allergic to something...and since the ambulance did not bring my rollator which I asked the to...they sent me home in an ambulance. I went to hospitality ER and was given appropriate care for leg face swelling and asthma/oxygen issues.
