I've called multiple times and left messages, and I would say my call is returned less than 25% of the time without having to call again. Even with 2-3 calls in, I may or may not get a response. I've used the portal to message and still haven't gotten a response about an urgent medication issue. At the time we found this practice, we were looking for an all-in-one situation that included therapists and psychiatrists, so this fit the bill for us. However, if you're looking now, I would say absolutely avoid it unless you want a part-time job making repeated calls to compensate for their lack of office staff.

I suffered from headaches since 2017 and used 4000 to 5000 mg of Tylenol daily. I'm happy to report that I haven't taken any pain medication since 1/25/2021. In addition to treating my illness, I had experienced on-going back pain from 30+ years in the military, miles of running, falls, etc. I'm proud to say that I no longer suffer from back pain. I maintain a consistent wellness program with Tim and Melissa, which involves me visiting the center bi-weekly. I highly recommend Suburban for individuals who suffer from chronic pain.
