Upon entering, I was greeted by Maddy, who ended up being my personal guide throughout the entire visit. Given that they're an authorized dealer for heavy hitters like Rolex, Tudor, and Omega, it makes total sense they maintain a secure, high-touch environment rather than letting visitors wander freely. Maddy took me up to the second floor where their pre-owned selection is housed. Wow, what a setup! Having around 100 pre-owned watches under glass was a pleasant surprise; most authorized dealers keep only a handful on-site and store the rest off-premises. Maddy was exceptionally patient as we pulled several pieces to try on. When none ended up being quite the right fit, she brought me back to the main showroom to explore new pieces from Tudor and Omega (since Precision isn't a Breitling dealer). The facility itself is gorgeous. The entrance features a double-glass secure vestibule with a buzz-in system. The main showroom is impeccably laid out with distinct brand spaces, and the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the entire space with natural light. Even though it sits right on busy Route 309 in Lower Gwynedd, the acoustics inside make it dead silent--you don't hear a sound from traffic. The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is the complete lack of post-visit follow-up. I left my name, phone number, and email expecting at least a quick note or periodic check-in. Instead, it's been total crickets over the last few weeks. With such a high level of concierge service in the showroom, a brief follow-up text acknowledging the visit or keeping me in mind for future inventory would have made the experience seamless. read more

Shortly thereafter, I received a watch with a 2003 purchase receipt hidden inside a booklet. I verified the watch's age with Breitling, and then requested a return. Precision initially agreed to the return, although I had to pay for return shipping to get them moving. Upon their receipt of the watch? $200 restock fee. For a watch they completely misrepresented. Restock fees with flakey buyers? I understand. Just didn't like it? Yep - Understand that too. I would charge a restocking fee also! But, you want to send me a watch 7 years older than you claimed during the sale? Mistakes happen, understood, but as a watch guy, I have to say that's a BIG mistake. When I walked into the store I was a little overwhelmed with the options that they had displayed. Micheal was there to help me out in every single way possible. From the second I walked into the store, I knew that I was in good hands. He started with asking questions about what I was looking for. Then he went through almost each case and pointed out 8-10 watches that fit my criteria. As I was trying the watches on he explained the history, the mechanics of the watches, and where it was smart to either invest a little more or less in the selection I was going to make. At the end he helped me pick out a gorgeous Omega Speedmaster. My father, who is knowledgeable on watches joined us near the end of the purchase and Micheal and him had a great conversation about watches in greater detail. I couldn't be more disappointed in this store. I paid multiple visits to the store and was delighted by the friendliness and helpfulness of Christine Satter, the manager. She promised to help me add some of the harder to find Rolex watches I was looking for to my collection. She was emailing me frequently and updating me on stock from 6/2019 until 10/2019 when she stopped responding. Then I started receiving very abrupt emails from someone named Bob Sklar who claimed he was the sales manager now and claimed Christine didn't work there. I forwarded him many of our emails and he seemed helpful when he asked which models I was waiting on. His next email was completely opposite and he dismissed the idea of selling me any of them and asked what else I wanted. I explained those were the ones I was interested in and that's why I had been working with Christine for months to get them. Long story short, he no longer responds to my emails and I am now going to pursue this through Rolex's corporate offices. This store promised me the world and delivered nothing. The 2 salesmen looked at each other, and took my watch out and looked at it, and held it, and examined it, only to say they were "too busy, we only have 1 jeweler back there and we usually have 5, but this is a really nice watch". Damage during a battery repair I was leery of going to a bus mall to get my watch repairs done. Because I didn't want a relationship with an establishment that looked at every interaction as an opportunity to be on an episode of "To Catch Thief"! I needed to have a watch battery replaced on my Tag Heuer (on a watch that was functioning properly on every level) and to be on my way. In my mind an establishment of any repute would've replaced the battery, checked the pressure seal( the reason given as to why it couldn't be replaced in a hour) and tell me if the watch wasn't functioning properly. While either replacing the battery and conducting a pressure test my watch was damaged. Be that as it may, Precision (on 8 APR 19) returned my watch, with an implied all clear, that everything was operational. I assumed my relationship with Precision had run it's course and they had fulfilled their obligation based on trust and I could move on, THAT WAS NOT TO BE!!! On 12 APR 19, I noticed the date hadn't changed since I received the watch on 8 APR 19, and I returned the watched. On 15 APR 19, i returned to pick up the watch and was informed of a mechanical problem and that they had lubed the watch and the problem could reoccur. Maybe it's just me, but I would think as reputable establishment, after replacing the battery, and pressure checking the watch and insuring that it wasn't stolen, would inform the customer that there was a problem, Precision did not do that, instead they gave me an all clear...I am underwhelmed with the service. I don't want a relationship with that type of establishment. read more

I've been hunting a pretty rare Rolex for quite a while now. Stopped in at Precision and was told they would be unable to even get me on the waitlist for it. Staff was quite cordial about it and escalated my request from sales person to manager and eventually spoke with the owner. Everyone was professional and apologetic that they couldn't help with my search. Eventually I was able to track down the watch and had a friend pick it up for me in another state. I went back to Precision as they were my closest AD to have the watch sized for me and was charged a 15 dollar fee. Seemed rather petty and odd to be charged a few bucks on a 9k watch. I was planning on looking at watch winders but was put off by this last encounter. In conclusion, not sure on final thoughts. Seem like a knowledgeable staff but were unable to get my watch of choice and then felt like I was nickel and dimed for a service that should have been free. read more
