I've had the opportunity to be cared for by Tyson Handsaker, Carly Gale, Ryan Meis, and the other physical therapists and they have given unbelievable care for me the past couple months. One quality the whole clinic staff has is their intentionality to be not only a care provider but a friend. They make rehab fun, even when it can be difficult. They are very empathetic and are wanting my success to get back to normal activities, but also seek value with my life by wanting to know what consists of my day and week. They start and finish me in a timely manner and throughout my weeks I can always see improvement within my injuries. Overall, I'm super glad I'm being put in great care here!

He gets a call a few hours from Crystal giving him no information. He calls back and no one is able to get ahold oh her. 5 minutes later he gets a call back saying the physician he signed up for is "closed" and not accepting new patients, but are willing to accept him this one time. He then gets a call not even 5 minutes later saying his appointment was canceled. This was so unprofessional from everyone involved. Why would you allow sign ups online if you aren't accepting patients? How is no one able to get ahold of anyone in this office? We have never had a good experience at any McFarland clinic or the ER. My family…read morehas had more than our share of events requiring services, and the place always seems to run like a well oiled machine. Specialist referrals, labs, radiology...quickly and smoothly coordinated by our primary care docs. In the few cases where they have fallen a little short, I recognize that the patients have some culpability in the matter. For instance, a young friend of my close acquaintance had knee surgery and the bandage was very tight and hence very uncomfortable. However, she did not contact the nurse to ask her something could've been done. They can't fix what they don't know about. (Four weeks later the same surgeon can essentially the same surgery on my knee and I had no difficulty at all.) One other bobble was related to a course of pulmonary rehab ordered for my husband... they were supposed to call, but didn't. That's on them. He should have called to inquire...and he didn't. That's on him. It's a health partnership, not a full service spa. For complaints about 20 minute waits....that's what the magazines are for. Just read, nap, or play solitaire on your phone. You would wait longer than that for a table at a restaurant.

However, they hire out-of-network practitioners, so you have to pay double, or even seven times worth, your copayment (in my case). The clinic may be in the network, but the chiropractors aren't. Beware. You might just get ripped off like me... It's not worth it.
