Not sure what the formula is but I think it's the long-time employees who make sure they're always surrounding themselves with the best talent. If you ask most people in Lawrence where the go-to place for a great massage is, they'll name Southwind. An hour or more spent here is the ultimate recipe for treating yourself well and for folks like me that pound keyboards for a living and like to get a lot of strenuous exercise, boy, they are the prescription for staying healthy. Her pressure is just right and she understands SO much about bodies and the mind/body connection, as well as Eastern medicine. She is talented, humble, gracious, amazing.
