He wot trained much from the feel of it. My friend got "Steve" and he seemed to know more what he was doing. In a pinch, I might come back, but I would definitely ask for Steve. I loved each of these and by the time we got done, I felt so refreshed and peaceful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. This was an experience that you can do alone, with a friend, or with a group. This would be the absolute coolest girls day. I'm already planning my next trip!
