This company specializes in placing human resources professionals. Their strength is this specialization as well as what seems like a shared candidate approach. Two representatives have done a very nice job in assisting me. They actually communicate with one another about opportunities and about my strengths and preferences. Both have been very personable without being pushy and have been great about communicating. Another skill they possess is an ability to communicate well with their clients. The people with whom I have interviewed seem to genuinely like working with them and there appears to be a open stream of discussion back and forth about needs, strengths and where the hiring process is progressing. When the deal is closed my rep arranged to meet me at a place convenient to both of us to go over the paperwork. I am extremely disappointed this is an employment agency. I applied for a position there with a very detailed and professional resume and I was sent out an email that was almost a JOKE to read. They told me I wasn't the right fit without even meeting me or interviewing me. They wouldn't even offer me other options such as going through their agency to find a position that would suit me. I have ran my own business for over 10 years and well rounded with HR. I guess it depends on the recruiter you get, but I would avoid this place. The recruiter I dealt with was not very professional as she lied on multiple occasions, did not respond back to any of my emails, and basically cancel/re-schedule appointments according to her availability. I actually heard her sighing on multiple occasions when I questioned her about the job credentials (in which she was not very knowledgable on) during the phone screening and she would constantly be hanging up! I never thought I got fired intill i spoke to their agent Dina who informed me of this. When a boss walks out in a couple of days you have to wonder.I was shocked because not only was harassed on this job but i really had no clue. I never in my life experience such a awful place. I cannot work because of them. I got all A's in college and I really work hard out there. This place really ruins your reputation. Take my word for it go with a reputable staffing agent.
