Their price was comparable to other companies I called. The lady in the office was so friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her. She offers you coffee, water or soft drinks when you come in. The coffee was good and strong and appreciated. They were busy that and ended up taking 2-1/2 hours to finish my replacement.
